Had a lot of fun but be careful. The staff will take advantage and charge you multiple times for the same item. It was four ladies in our group and they charged us all for the total bill, making four times more, didn't realize until we got back to our resort that they came up to each one of us... More

Four of us went there last night (Thursday). The place was almost empty but they didn't seem happy to see us at all. The music was too loud and they turned the volume down but then turned it up even louder after four or five songs. We really got the feeling they wanted us to leave. We changed tables to... More

Great beach bar with a great crowd! Lots of tourists go to the oyster bar. The bar has a nice view of the city and ocean. Dancing in the sand while watching MTVs on their giant screen was so fun!

The first thing that I can recommend if going to this place is pay as you go. We just got back from Mazatlan yesterday (Nov 10, 2012) and there was not a lot of tourists. My wife and I wanted to go out with another couple that we were with for a good night out on the town. Joe's was... More

We love this place for afternoon drinks and ceviche. The beach view is the best in Mazatlan and there is always a cooling breeze. If you are adverse to crowds, you may want to avoid weekends.
