The shows at the Moro are fairly entertaining. The performers are rather engaging and we all had a good time. Get to the show early to get a front seat - the buffet is open when the doors open. The food at the buffet isn't the best and be sure to check out the back sections of the buffet to... More

pool was warm and slimy and full of rowdy people. Getting to the beach was almost impossible with the vendors in your face all the time. Just not a pleasant experience

Great staff and drinks were a little weak! We used to be able to jump off rocks at pool on the beach side, but now its a quiet pool and that was a bummer cause growing up and being able to do that was a shame not too this time! Not a fun place anymore

Except for the beds, this hotel was great. The rooms were quite large - we were originally on the 4th floor and asked to be moved up to a room with a balcony. The original room had one of the biggest bathrooms and bathtubs I have ever seen in a hotel. The lighting wasn't great in the bathroom. 22nd floor... More

I wrote a lengthy review on trip adviser. Please check there BEFORE you book this place!! Bad service, bad food, lousy entertainment, old run down rooms, watered-down drinks, too many kids, no adult activities, everything closes up at night...

we went in the beach and had a dead body float by, the lifeguard pulled him out and it took hours for them to move him off. A boy had drown the day before from the next resort down. The family came and identified him, but they still did not move him to a more private location for a couple... More

This resort needed updating. If u have the option to stay at the Marina, stay there instead. If u didn't have the right color wrist band, which u can not removed till u leave, u are a no body. The food was horrible n the room was old. The view from the 25th floor was good but make sure u... More

The rooms are very large and very clean. We spent 2 days there this trip. The one bedroom had 2 bathrooms, which made it easier when you are sharing a room with another person. This is a LARGE place with many different levels. We spent our last morning at the Silent Pool - which is the adult pool and really... More

First time in Mazatlan and this hotel. I did not expect the room to be that big! We had 2 full bathrooms. The master bath had this huge bath tub! It could fit 6 people easy! A full size fridge and kitchen. There is this 180 degree angle ocean view from our room. The only downside is, the ocean is... More

This year was my second year to stay at El CID El Moro. The staff are amazing, especially our favourtie waiter, Francisco Renterra, who works mostly at the La Conchita Bar. He made us feel like one should on vacation, just relaxing and enjoying the weather. Look for him ;) The food is good and there's a nice variety for... More
