I love this property the beach us plentiful and the staff at the El Moro is the kindest ever. We stayed in a condo here and it was so enjoyable. The view of the ocean is amazing and the sunset was even better than pictures show. I love this place and I wouldn't hesitate to book your next vacation here.... More

It is a nice beach and the El Cid resort is huge with a beautiful marina. There a lots of beach vendors. REMEMBER, you get what you pay for. Although it's shiny, it's not silver. I bought a lot of pretty things, but my purchases are only worth what I paid for them.

My 13 year old daughter and I stayed here for a week in March. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Strange hotel that doesnt really open promote its facilities, but once you figure out what there is to enjoy, it is a nice place to stay.

Very large and busy resort with great service in the bars and restaurant. They had two conventions while I was there but everything flowed seamlessly. No problems getting dinner reservation or breakfast at the ala carte restaurants. The pools we huge and very clean .Bar service was very good and the staff seemed proud of the job they were doing.... Beautiful beach. Remember to buy something from a vender, it is the way they make a living after all.

Very beautiful beach but lots of vendors. Be careful going down the stairs as they slope down and are sandy. Fell and sprained both ankles.

Rosey at check in at El Moro Beach Hotel is the only one to see for check in and or any questions you may have. She is the ABSOLUTE best! Helpful, Consistent, Efficient, with a smile on her face! Carmen will answer any questions you have about anything and the best part is if she does not know the answer... More

If you're into more than holding down a beach chair with drink in hand, try the activities here. See Raul for parasailing, duck boat rides to Deer Island, banana boat rides, wave runner rentals, etc. Rentals are on the beach just South of the El Moro tower. Great beach for parasail take offs & landings.

Very busy near the hotel resort but never felt invaded by the sellers of souvenirs or services. If you say no gracias or shake your head no, they did not insist and move on to the next people around.
