Old town, historic district

Visit to the historic district of Mazatlan was a welcome relief from the constant harrassment from the time shares properties. Beautiful area

From the port we were assigned our Rhino. Then taken to many different sites with a very knowledgeable guide. We had such a great time. We stopped here and there to check out the awesome sites of Mazatlan. Busy city and board walk activity also. We stopped in town to a beach break or a restaurant break. Whatever you wanted.... More

Our tour guide was very knowledge and gave us a great tour for the amount of time and dollar value. We were also allowed shopping time. The open air bus was worth it just to enjoy the scenery and collect informtion.

Shoppers alert " Jewel Emporium" in Mazatlan Mexico ripped us off big time, Victor the manager of the store in the old town sold us an a cubic zirconium ring instead of Tanzanite for $400 which worth only $40 to $50, we have been trying to get in touch with the owner (Ricardo Pottier) which own several other Jewelry store... More

I am writing because I am wanting to warm tourist on the BIG scam going on at the jewelry stores around and in mexico..Jewel Emporium and there are 3 others on the same street and 1 just down from it, they are all owed by the same guy. I am ashamed to admit it but i was a scammed by... More
