We found some truly amazing, beautiful, and unique gifts to bring home to family and friends. It is so nice to find this type of quality! They also have organic coffee and your best source for Mexican vanilla products. The shop is located in Old Town. If your 'significant other' is not a shopper, not a problem. There is a... More

I love Casa Etnika! I visit Mazatlan annually and visiting this little wonder of a shop is always at the top of my to do list. Nesltled in the Centro Historico, it is filled with unique, whimsical, creative, imaginative and varied wonders all made in Mexico. I love that some of the items are purchased directly from the artisans on... More

We always stop in here during our visits to Mazatlan. It is a great place to find local arts and crafts for gifts to take home. They are on the Art Walk, too. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the arts are varied.

Last year was my first visit toil Mazatlán and I accidentally ran across Casa Etnika and was pleasantly surprised after the garish gold coast. I purchased a number of lovely items. This year, I went specifically back to the shop/café and relaxed with a coffee before doing some shopping. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Mazatlan.

We were staying on the beach and thus required taking a cab to this shop but it was definitely worth it! I'll certainly go back. The stuff they have is very unique and the people are amazing!

We were expecting to go in an other tourist "trap". But no, Helena & Miguel's store is full of original suprises all made in mexico. All of good quality as well. We bought gifts we're not going to find anywhere else and that are going to remind us of a great shopping experience. They also have a quiet little coffee... More

Every time we return to Mazatlán, Casa Etnika is our first stop for shopping for ourselves and for friends. This is the place for cut-above items representing the essence of Mexico. The well-crafted pieces at this shop are made by skilled artisans from around the country. This is the place to find unique (not mass-produced) items in any price range... More

Situated in the heart of old town Mazatlan, this gift shop, coffeehouse, and meeting place is a quiet oasis filled with wonderful authentic crafts from around Mexico. I have been a fan from day 1, and have made a point of visiting it every season. I never leave without buying a gift that is always appreciated! Helena and Miguel are... More

From the friendly owners to the great selection of arts and crafts in the shop this is definitely a go to place. The shop is not really large but it is packed with very nice and reasonably priced gifts.

On our last day in Mazatlan we found Casa Etnika and had a wonderful time browsing the merchandise and chatting with the owner about his wares. He is very knowledgeable about the various crafts from different areas of Mexico and has stocked his shop with fine examples. He was very helpful assisting us in choosing mementos - a fine handwoven... More
