Playa Cerritos is a beautiful stretch of beach that is worth a visit even if you are not staying in this area. You can get here easily from centro by taking a bus or hiring a taxi. Uncrowded and not as busy as other beaches in Mazatlan. You can enjoy a long walk and stop at Playa Bruja for a... More

Very quiet beach with good authentic Mexican restaurants. Sit at a table in the sand and watch the tide roll in while you enjoy great local fare. Show up in late morning and you can not only watch the fisherman come in with the day's catch but you can order it at one of the very good restaurants as well.... More

If you want to have miles of uninterrupted beach without having to run around housing developments or hotels jutting out and making you walk up to the soft sand and then back down then Cerritos is the place for you.. Warning.....from season to season the angle of the beach changes and there are times where running becomes difficult depending on... More

Very nice area to walk along the beach. There are a number of hotels and cafes/bars to stop at and enjoy a drink or bite to eat. Great place for sunsets and the occasional whale sighting.

Playa Cerritos is near Playa Brujas, and this is another beach where you can spend time with your family/friends, also there are some restaurants where you will be able to taste the most delicious food.

Nice beach and close to our resort. Great for families with kids and the water is very shallow. Friendly vendors on the beach.

A wonderful beach, great waves, not crowded, great for couples, individuals or families. There are vendors but they tend to be friendly but not pushy.

Just like Playa Bruja except bigger.Less crowded. Great food , enchanted like stepping into a time machine and going back fifty years. A great place to spend an afternoon. This entire point is an exceptional location. From this point you can face the Pacific ocean, turn 180 degrees and walk in a straight line to the Pacific ocean.

Thank Richard P
