While the Fishermans Monument is more impressive in size, the location and less dated look of the Continuity of Life give it the edge in my books. Great fountain with leaping dolphins representing the fisherman of Mazatlan and sites they see. On the weekends they have vendors and fairs etc. Can get quite busy by this very beautiful fountain/sculpture. Really great to see after dark to appreciate the lighting.

This fountain is especially beautiful at night, when rainbow colored lights play through the water like music. Near Playa Olas Atlas and the Freeman hotel. Go on a weekend when there is a street fair for the best experience - there will be live theatre, food vendors and a souvenir market among other spectacles.

This awesome sculpture is inspired by the phenomenon that deep-sea fishermen often observe -- that of hundreds of leaping dolphins that playfully follow the schools of tuna moving through the Sea of Cortez.
