Machado visit

This is a great place to go in the evening. The restaurants around the square are excellent and the music is usually good. All kinds of people, great walking area.

Plaza Machado transforms on Thursday and Saturday night. Restaurants bring tables outside for dining, musical bands play throughout the plaza. There are quite a few places to opt for dinner. Saturday night is probably the better evening. Vendors have tables set up for browsing. It is a fun evening and beautiful site at night.

this is THE place to meet and greet and been seen on the weekends. Always fun dance type music being played by a group in the gazebo. Many vendors with various wares for sale and lots of good restaurants for any taste from Burgers to Italian and anything in between. If you miss going and not seeing this lively place... More

We had a dinner with a group at the Machada Square on a Saturday night. The square is very attractive in the evening lighting, there were many tables selling wares, music was playing , so it was a very enjoyable evening

Ringed with good restaurants and good family vibes. Less than 1/2 block from the Angela Peralta Theater.

Just a nice place to come an relax. Places to sit and enjoy the tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle. Buy some ice cream at the nearby Burger King or a nice gelato from one of the local carts before you come.

Nice restored historic plaza with five or six restaurants, live music and vendors some nights. Nice for a stroll, dinner or just a drink.

The plaza is a wonderful place to spend your evening. You can go to the theater and dinner or just have dinner in an outside cafe. Most of the time you will encounter live music, vendors, street entertainers and good food. Many locals visit here and it is a treat to see all the families and so much music. You... More

Hang out with the locals and enjoy great food. The music was wonderful and the artisans had some interesting things to share.
