Surf can be rough in some parts of the Mazanillo area but this beach has easy/safe access to the water. Also some nice restaurants (Oasis Beach Club) to eat at. We loved our day here. Not too many people hustling to sell things either and that is nice.

Beautiful, natural beach.... stunning mountains to look at. Small local vendors and chairs for small rental fee.

Walk forever on warm sand, in warm water, or to your favorite beach restaurant. Plenty of places to stop at for a cold beverage, great snack or to wile away some time under a beach umbrella. The views are stunning and the variety unending.

Very nice walking beach. Little shops and restaurants to visit. Can barter for goods there. I got a beautiful necklace and my friend bought a hat and little things. Was fun! No one was pushy at all at the shops which we loved. If you're on the beach to eat or have a beer, local will come to you there... More

We enjoyed the day body surfing in the warm ocean while eating delicious food delivered to us right to our beach chairs. Our daughters had their hair braided for a very reasonable price and to top it off my wife and I had massages right there on the beach.

Manzanillo was the final destination on my recent cruise to Mexico. My family wanted to spend a day at the beach. I did not have anything booked so I took the advice of the tourism employees at the terminal to visit Playa Miramar. There are several options to get there. 1) Book a cruise excursion 2) Take a Dani tours... More

The beach is nice, but a bit dirty (trash). Concessions are of a low quality and run deceptively. Try Las Hadas instead, more expensive but much, much better.

We had a chance to visit at the end of our city tour in December. The tour only gave us half an hour to browse which wasn't enough. The market was good. Usual gifts but good prices and I recommend trying the fried coconut candy. It is awesome. They had a bar/ restaurant on the beach so that you could... More

A place to walk your dog every morning, except for some of the sumber months when tide stays high and the beach becomes more rocky. I swim there most of time with little fear but there are days when the waves get bigger and swimming is for the more experienced . There can be an undertow at these times and... More

One of the longest beach around. Just basic no real amenities unless close to some beach restaurants. Surf is good and undertow could be dangerous so check flags an stay where people are swimming. Quiet place unless staying during vacation times. Safe and secure clean water and beach. All beaches in this area are fairly similar depending on time of... More
