Right on beach are wonderful fishermen who will take your group of 1-10 (recommend under 7) out to fish, snorkel, bay tour, look for dolphins, whales and sea turtles. You custom your trip based on your interests

Plenty of funky sculptures and entertainers, sea smell and cold bier. Also, noisy, touristy, trashy, lots of bugs. I think once is more than enough.

How I loved this little town. Beautiful beaches and bays and wonderfully friendly and interesting people. So impressed with their ecological efforts and with their collective desire to be a vacation wonderland that puts the environment front and centre. We toured a number of bays by Catamaran and received a wealth of information from our guide. Will definitely be returning... More

Bahías de Huatulco is a place gorgeous with everything (bays, beaches, little malls, hotels, ATM, etc.). It's located in Oaxaca, Mexico. To arrive there you can travel by plane or bus, the airport is 15 min from it and travel by bus you can take around 15 hours (a long trip, but it's worth it). It has nine bays, in... More

Yesterday we went fishing with Crisanto Carmona. Besides the fact that he speaks good english, he was a very courteous and considerate boat captain. I have fished all over the world,so I know a good captain when I fish with him. Crisanto was excellent. We did very well in particular with a big sailfish.

Love the fact that the Bay is eco friendly so the sewers do NOT go into the sea as in many other tropical destinations. In fact, they appear to be recycling and being very careful to process their sewage and garbage. Totally different than the Caribean and other places.

I would never use this company as a car rental if you are looking to rent. They do not provide cars even if you have a confirmation #. Avis and Hertz are much more reliable. I just spent 17 days there with no car. When I booked with them back in September. Stay away from this company.

There is not enough time in one day to see all of the beauty in these bays. Every Dive will be different and unique. Make sure you join the Huatulco Dive Center for an unforgettable trip.
