Great snorkelling! Take a taxi and go early before cruise ships arrive. Pay small fee for a guide (well worth it). He will take you where you wouldn't venture on your own. We got to hold starfish and puffer fish. Feed small fish using clams. Did not like aggressive restaurant owners vying for your business as soon as you get... More

lots of aquatic life to see, bring your own snorkel gear to huatulco to save you the cost of renting a set and also to eliminate the risk of using any potentially contaminated snorkles, flippers or masks. Just a heads up.

I wrote about this bay earlier in regards to Huatulco. It was a delightfully restful haven for us on a hot day in November when we were there. Be sure to make this a stop if you get to Huatulco!

Loved the beach, so calm! The not so rough waves allowed my son to enjoy the beach, almost felt like a pool.

Had the opportunity to enjoy this beach thru the Cruise line I was on. This was a Snorkel/Ocean Discovery, Cave tour. When we arrived at the beach we received our snorkeling gear and went in the ocean. This was my 2nd time in my life snorkeling, I am so glad I overcame this fear because there is SO SO much... More

Nice beach full of locals hanging out! Beach bars line the beach at average or above average price due to the fact they can charge you for the eats and drinks close to Crucecita and Santa Cruz. Weekends are crazy busy with locals on vacation. Water was clean and warm....great for snorkel and swimming! So hot you had to run... More

We were on a HAL cruise and Huatulco was one of our ports. We decided to go snorkeling on our own instead of taking an expensive excursion. It was great! Took a taxi there. Cheap. We got there early and there was hardly anyone else there. We snorkeled a couple hours before the snorkel excursion people arrived. There were tons... More

I loved snorkelling here. Crystal, clear blue water and sea-doos and boats to rent as well. Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Great beach for snorkeling and swimming. But beware the vendors if you are trying to eat. They come up to your tables constantly, even if you say no gracias many times, they keep, coming back. We enjoyed the beach but the vendors are annoying.
