This was such a nice little town. It was so safe that my girls walked around the main square and even ventured into the sidestreets. The people were very friendly although most did nto speak english.

Walked from the cruise ship terminal, really nice town. Great for shopping but prices tend to be lower if you walk away from the main plaza.

I love la Crucicita. The shops are great and the beers are coooooooold. Prices can be higher for the shops right on the Main Street. Go a block off. Same stuff, lower prices

We spent one afternoon/evening exploring La Crucecita and had an amazing time. The shopping is diverse, and the residents are more than happy to help you find your way around. We especially loved the shaded park at the city center.

La Crucecita has good people in general and is a nice place to visit for an afternoon. Go the the mercado for cheaper goods including Mezcal and the typical black pottery. It is off the main square.

Wonderful, visitor friendly, small town. Excellent restaurants and shopping. Relaxed, safe atmosphere with lots of people with their families out enjoying the evenings around the Plaza.

What a great place to hang out and enjoy the local atmosphere. Families from all around come into town to enjoy the coolness of the evening and the street food provided by a huge assortment of vendors. Visit the church, have some ice cream from the paleteria, and enjoy the social experience. Bring some small toys for the kids and... More
