No real public beach, ok beach, no palapas. Had to pay resort for a chair, we were escorted out.....went to La Bocana. Is taken over by resorts. Only beach we didn't like.

The resort was located in Tangolunda Bay where we stayed. Very beautiful setting -very safe location with lots of access for walking.

The beach is very quiet, the waves are ok. You can practice windsurf, kayak, and different activities.

Great beach and a cute bunch of stores and restaurants. Nice to walk to if you are staying at Dreams, Camino Real or Barceló hotels.

The area is very safe with lots of nice people. One of the restauranteurs who tried to flag us down for a table ended up helping us get a taxi to a neighbouring town. There is great snorkelling, and the weather was a perfect temperature.
