I grew up watching the Acapulco Cliff divers on a certain cigarette advertisement in the movies. I admired those Cliff divers as amazingly brave and talented and never thought I would have the privilege of being there one day. When we booked a cruise to Mexico I particularly chose one with a stop at Acapulco to view this show. One... More

This show is historic for Acapulco so you have to go and experience it just one time. We paid $19 and had lunch that included an entree and a one drink (alcoholic or non alcoholic) and we had a perfect view of the show. If you don't do this option, to get into the show you will still be charged.

Amazing how they have the guts to do it!! Definitely go and tip the divers as they can die from doing this!! Don't do the whole restaurant package if anyone recommends it.

We really enjoyed watching the High Cliff Divers. I was amazed at how high they climb up and then jump off into very small channel of water. Awsome value...only 40 pasos each

We arrived on a cruise ship in the morning and were leaving later that afternoon so we got to see the show in the bright daylight and it was spectacular. The divers go off the smaller cliff and swim across to the higher one. The younger ones go in first to clear the water of any bottles or debris that... More

Yep, this was one of those very special nights....................saew Elvis do it from our local pics. when I was a wee skitter....never thought we would be there. Lovely meal and excellent service which I have to confess was superfluous with the surroundings..................stale cheese and bread would have been as good....... Do it or......rue it.!!

I had seen the Acapulco cliff divers on tv but it was quite different to see them in person. We got a nice table at La Perla in the late afternoon and the show commenced within ten minutes of our arrival. We ordered some margaritas and a nacho appetizer. The drinks were not great and the nachos were also nothing... More

We went to the night show over spring break with our family and kids. We watched from the restaurant. We had a great table, right up front. We didn't eat there, so I can't speak about the food. The service was good. The divers started off diving off a smaller cliff, into this small cove. They then climbed up the... More

We grew up watching them on TV - the cliff divers of Acapulco. So it was the one "must do" when we arrived. Skip dinner at the restaurant La Perla. The food is rumored to be awful - and the place is pretty run down. You then have two choices - pay $40 pesos ($3 USD) to stand on the... More
