Our driver Miguel (Mayan Palace Taxi #37) explained the wonderful (albeit sad) history of the Chapel. On top of a hill with a wonderful view.

This was a very peaceful and beautiful location! Glad we took the time and went. Quick tour maybe 15-20 minutes but glad we went. We were fortunate enough to have one of the best tour guides in the city, Carlos Alegria Corona "Mr Happiness" as our guide to this wonderful site. Love the stories behind the chapel and the sculpture.... More

It's located in the highest point to appreciate the best view of Acapulco bay. There is a beautiful chapel, where you can go to catholic mass on sundays.

Yes if you are in Acapulco it is worth the trip to see the Chapel, hear about the history of it and most of all, I personally found, enjoy the spectacular views!

Our guide Baldo Gomez provided us with many details about the Chapel and the sad story about the statue of the hands.

Thought this would be boring, but was excellent. Awesome views of everything. Recommended. We had a guide who made this even better by sharing the history of the Chapel.

We loved the chapel and the flower gardens. It is a little tough for people in wheelchairs but manageable.

So amazing and the best views everywhere. It's a definite must see while you are there. Resorts can arrange city tours but find a good cab driver and contact them for a better price.
