Bodega was great

Nice intimate atmosphere. Would recommend going there. The mezcal drinks are good, but be careful with how many

We are seasoned travelers as well as wine lovers. Our routine is to have a glass or two of wine in the early evening, either in our hotel room, on the back of the sail boat, or on the beach, before we get ready to go out in the evening. So I was very happy to find La Bodega de... More

We finally got a chance to go in here. We sampled and bought a few bottles. It's in an easy to find location between the two main drags. Currently the shop is up for sale.

This is an interesting place. It caters to tourists, but that is fine. That is what this quiet town has become, a tourist Mecca since the main four lane divided highway was completed from La Paz to Cabo San Lucas. Kinda destroyed the atmosphere, but that is progress!

Monday night is Flight night and Wed. is Big Red. Mac pours samples of some of the Baja made wines he stocks, along with food and some local musical entertainment. Locals abound and fun is always on the agenda.

During our stay in Todos Santos, we stopped in twice for tastings and with help from the charming and knowledgable Alejandra, we came away with several bottles of excellent big, bold reds from Valle de Guadeloupe and a lovely rosado grenache from Valle de San Vicente. They also featured some evening tasting events that included food from local artisans. Overall,... More

We were very interested in La Bodega and were finally in town when it was open. For a city the size of Todos Santos they have a very good selection of wine. The manager knows a lot about wine, but came off as bit of a used-car salesman. We always think wineries are made or broken by the atmosphere and... More

True story. Was eating dinner across the street at Adobe when I heard this Jimmy Buffet-style live music playing. Went outside on the street to check it out. Couple of expat types on stools playing guitar at La Bodega. Clearly been hired by the owner. Surrounded by patrons who were all drinking wine. Listened to the words. "Who's gonna wash... More

We got great advice about local wines and even happened to be in town for a wine festival sponsored by La Bodega. That gave us a chance to try a variety of bubbling (sparkling) wines with food parings. It was a delightful way to spend an afternoon in Todos Santos.
