My wife and I joined another couple for a boat tour and snorkel at Coronado Island. Rammses was our Captain and was excellent in every way. We took a zodiac-type boat with two outboard motors and a canopy named the Del Carmen. With only the four of us, there was plenty of room. The snorkeling was outstanding with hundreds of... More

Have you ever dreamed of a vacation camping on an uninhabited island, completely off-grid on your own private beach? Wild Loreto made our holiday dream come true, providing a "super" panga transfer between Loreto and the beautiful, unspoiled Santa Catalina Island in Bahia de Loreto National Park. They dropped us off on a lovely beach for our camping experience and... More

Rammses was the greatest captain and tour guide. He took us on the Island tours and showed us all the sites on a personal basis. We loved the way he knew everything about the islands. We were the only ones on the tour. He is quite knowledgeable and we are looking forward to seeing him again in early April. He was... More

A huge reason to visit Loreto is to see the wild white sand islands and the mammals in between. I'm going back specifically for those day trips; pangas equiped w/snorkles, masks, and fins, cruise with dolphins, sea lions, and whales in season, then land on beach for lunch and swimming. Cost about $100 for day and worth every penny (5... More

We had a terrific time with guides Victor and antuon. Saw dolphins. Food and hospitality were outstanding. One area for improvement was communication. Not on time at shipping dock. Took 15 mins without answer by cell either.

We visited Loreto on a Princess Cruise in January and used Wild Loreto to visit Mission San Javier. The tour was about 1/2 the price of the ship's tour and much better. Our guide, Miguel, was superb. He was an excellent, knowledgeable driver over the "interesting" road up into the mountains. The small Mercedes mini-bus was very comfortable. The tour... More

My wife and I hiked the Tabor Canyon with Miguel. He is an excellent guide. The hike is not easy, but not terribly difficult. Footing can be tricky in spots. Not a trail so much as a scrabble up a creek bed with large boulders. Steep in some places. Highly recommend if you're in decent hiking shape. Lots of great... More

My husband and I visited Villa del Palmar Loreto for our third time. This visit we did three tours with Wild Loreto, the Coronado Islands, the Sunset Cruise and a fishing trip. Augustine and Victor are great tour hosts. We enjoyed all three very much. My husband (the great white hunter from Alaska) had to get his fishing fix and... More

Wild Loreto's snorkeling trip to is wonderful! Ephrain (our guide) was knowledgeable, funny and ever so patient. We had minor boat (panga) problems twice and ended the trip after being on three different boats. Ephain's troubles extended our adventure by a couple of hours and we all would have been happy to extend it a couple hours more. Anybody can... More

We booked airport transportation and two excursions with Wild Loreto; and will use them again when we return to Loreto. We had the same driver for the to/from airport service; his name was Celerino (sp) and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about sharing information about the area. Due to on-going road construction, it is important to... More
