I went on the Magdalena Bay Sea Turtle Conservation adventure in April-- and wow, what an adventure! On the first day we got to spend some time on the Malecon in La Paz to soak up a bit of the city before our journey, which was absolutely beautiful. La Paz really one of those golden gems that haven't been touched... More

Adventure Life staffers, Beth and Aaron, took our three kids (ages 4, 7 & 15) to Magdalena Bay with RED. This was the perfect trip for our family of outdoor and wildlife enthusiasts. Guides, food, location, camping and all around atmosphere was wonderful. Our kids experienced a lot of firsts on this trip: first time experiencing bioluminescence; first time trying... More

After travelling to 42 countries, Magdalena Bay was by far the most beautiful place I have ever seen. I brought 16 of my precious employees to this place and it was a life changing, memorable trip that I will never forget. We bonded, we learnt about nature, ecology, turtles, ecoystems and most importantly, how to walk carefully on the earth.The... More

This past March my friends and I had a wonderful experience seeing the gray whales of Magdalena Bay as well as being able to participate in a sea turtle monitoring program where we netted, measured, weighed, tagged and released green turtles. The entire experience, from our excellent guide, food, hiking across sand dunes and other was outstanding.

I have been to Mexico many times but never to La Paz. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a beautiful and laid back place. I had a lovely day riding around on a rented bike, had a lovely dinner, and looked forward to meeting our guides from RED the next morning (I traveled with Adventures for Singles, Inc.). In... More

RED is an extraordinary outfit – ablaze with bright, passionate, dedicated people that you really could see spending the rest of your travelling life with! We could not get over how friendly, organized, attentive, and yet completely laid back every one was. We had a tremendous experience. I have always dreamed of being on a bay in Baja, surrounded by whales, and after spending Feb 16-20 with Red Sustainable Travel, I realized that I couldn't have imagined a better trip, and there is so much more there than whales! As an educator, naturalist and conservationist I couldn't have asked for a better experience with better people. The... More
