The "Lobby" is disgusting and we waited 5 hours before being allowed to board. Family of six with kids from 7 to 12... Once on board everything is much better, but so far a regrettable experience.

Excellent, my my parents, one handicap with crutches and the other with a cane, were king and queen at the ferry. The staff ( included the personal where you get the permisdion for an out of coutry car and the ones selling the tickets) was amazing specialy with them, help and attention was always there. My sisters and myself were... More

We traveled from Topolobambo to lampaz, 12 hrs journey during night, it was so good, we reserved a cab to sleep and have shower for journey, it was clean, and ok. Cabs are small but enoug to sleep with individual beds, if you want to sleep during the journey and be fresh the day after is good, but I bet... More

The line was very short if you get there early. I am very glad I opted for the private cabin, I slept several hours. The food was not too great if you are a vegetarian. There was a bar that was fine. One tip, I heard the ferry was purchased from the French a few years ago, so bring along... More

long lines and the wait was very long--three hours standing, but we were able to sleep four hours in our private cabin

Definitely spent a lot of time researching this part of our trip. We took the ferry from La Paz to Mazatlan. We were unable to get a cabin online. However MAKE SURE you purchase a cabin at the reception once the ship has started its departure. Its a small cut out of your wallet, and worth every penny. The 4... More

Recently, we needed to get from Mazatlán to Cabo San Lucas and decided to take the ferry instead of flying. I found it a little difficult to book as I wanted a cabin and couldn't seem to get one online when I was trying to book. I called the number on the website, but had a bit of difficulty as... More

We were traveling from La Paz to Topolobampo. They told us we had to be there 2 hrs before the ferry was scheduled to leave, so we did. By the way, we had one dog, 2 cats and a baby with us. Around 1:30 pm (1 hour before the scheduled departing time) they started loading the big trucks onto the... More

We have travelled on this ferry a few times. If you have animals it is inhumane how they are treated. Your pet must be in a cage and then they are put up on the outside deck in blazing heat and you are not. Allowed to go out to give them water not can they leave the cage to go... More
