Fun Baja diving is a superior dive operator in the charming city of La Paz. The crew and captains, Jorge, Jesse, Roberto, Omar, Eddie, Chevello were very professional and personable. We especially want to acknowledge Carlos, an instructor, who was our guide all four days. Carlos is a super nice guy who is highly experienced and very accommodating. Their boats... More

We had the best day ever with Fun Baja. We went to La Paz specifically to visit Isla Espiritu Santos. We had both SCUBA divers and snorkelers on our boat. Far better than we could have imagined. The boat ride, staff, lunch on the beach (included kayaks, paddleboards, beach volleyball on Ensenada Playa Grande) was perfect. Book this trip! A... More

We used Fun Baja for a snorkeling/diving lunch and party on a private beach in a protected area.... Isla Espiritu Santu is BEAUTIFUL... Snokeling/diving is in an area with lots of sea lions and other underwater life. The dive master and snorkeling guide were both very professional, fun, knowledgeable and kind. In fact, all of their employees fit this profile.... More

Let me just start off by saying how polite, professional, knowledgeable, protective, and fun-loving the Fun Baja staff are! I just got back to my hotel and needed to post this right away! My boyfriend and I were recommended Fun Baja during a City Tour with Red Travel. Every person we met had urged us to go to Isla Espiritu... More

We were picked up in La Paz for a one-day grey whale-watching trip to Magdalena Bay (3 hr drive each way). We enjoyed the Mexican breakfast en-route and the post-whlae watching seafood lunch, but the highlight was of course the whales - the bay was filled with them and the mothers and calves came right up the boat and allowed... My son and granddaughter did the snorkeling with whale sharks and the three day two night camping scuba diving trip. They also handled our transportation from cobo to la paz and back. It was amazing-the camping set up was great- food was wonderful and they were flexible when my granddaughter could not get her ears to equalize on the last... More

We had an amazing personal experience with the whale sharks. Would go again in a heartbeat. The friendly staff at Fun Baja made the experience even better. The "baby" whale shark we encountered was about 25ft long. Got up close and personal many times and have some amazing footage to cherish the experience. Highly recommend a good underwater camera. I... More

This was by far the neatest thing we did on our trip to Baja. Edith was incredibly helpful in booking the reservation. I don't have a lot of experience snorkeling so wasn't sure I'd be able to get very close but Erick (our guide) was super and helped me keep up, essentially pulling me along. My husband got face to... We did both the whale shark snorkel and the seal lion swim with this group, and they were wonderful. Let me start by telling you about my experience and then I will address some of the concerns I read about in other reviews. First off swim with baby seal lions, awesome!! So we were lucky enough to have our own... More

Seeing whales for the first time was so beautiful. The mother whales were swimming with their babies, It was such an amazing feeling to experience their joy. Being so close to the whales you really got an idea of their personalities. They're sweet, loving creatures and deserve to be admired.
