Better then Balandra if you don't mind a bit of wind. Stay to the east end though, the west is busy on the weekends and full of garbage.

This beach is at the end of the road. It does not compare to Ballandra beach in terms of beauty and easy of use, but it does have restaurants, bars, etc. We left for Espiritu Santo from el Tecolote because it saves time. Worth a look!

This is a very beautiful beach, with a few restaurants and water activities available. The only negative I have is in regards to the snorkeling, which was just okay.

Places to eat along this stretch of unprotected, rocky beach ... Not my favorite beach at all. We had fish tacos at the restaurant $140 pesos for 4 batter cooked fish tacos! $40 pesos for a Pacifico..

Good food and plenty of drink available. Don't come to shop, but do come to enjoy a swim, sun, and perhaps a scuba trip to swim with sea lions

A short distance from Balandra, a great windy beach walk, food and beach chairs, as well as boat service. Not as good for small children as Balandra.

Compared to Balandra and Pichilingue, this beach really suffers. It's not as clean and the day we went it was really windy. There are jet skis to rent here, so that might be a reason to go (or a reason to stay away).

After the beauty of Balandra beach we were very disappointed with Telecote. It was just a long stretch of sand with some unattractive shack type restaurants and kiosks. It was a functional beach to hire kayaks to get to the Island Espiritu.

Fun to walk the beach and take a dip in the ocean. Very casual place. Some food and drink available. Wasn't crowded the day we were there.
