This winery was the second stop of a wine country excursion we took while on a cruise...there's no tour of the winery itself - and that's fine. Head to the patio, taste some of the wine, but be sure to taste the delicious breads and pizza they set out - and the salsas...try it all! The vines are actually up... More

On a four day Carnival Cruise this was second stop on a two winery tour. The wine was not to my liking, though not bad. They have an interesting sweet red Honey wine. The highlights of this winery are the bakery and the wide assortment of spreads, jams, salsas, dressings, olive oils and something like tapanades. Sweet, savory and all... More

We were in Ensenada on a Carnival Cruise and booked a wine tour thru Shore Excursioneer rather than the cruise. It was cheaper and we had a private taxi to Valle de Guadalupe for the two of us. Dona Lupe is a relatively small winery that makes and sells jams as well as organic wines. We tasted four reds, all... More

Carnival Imagination Cruise Ashore Tour: We really enjoyed this winery, locally owned/operated - smaller winery. They have the perfect outdoor patio in the vineyard for sitting and tasting wine, eating cheese, jalapeno cheese bread (amazing, we bought some), jams, jellies and pizza. Perfect place to chill out. Really pretty winery as well. The patroness was lovely - the staff weren't... More

it had been 7 months since our last visit and this was our 3rd time to the winery in total as part of the cruise excursion- We could do without LA Cetto now and just come here as we love it that much. You can sample 4 wines or for me just the Honey wine 4 times ;) and the... More

Went here as part of a two winery excursion while on a Princess cruise. Nice little winery with decent wine. My understanding is this winery is organic. Not only do they make/sell wine, but they also have jams, salsas, homemade pizza and more. Their pizza was quite good but I opted not to taste the salsas etc. While onsite, they... More

And I must speak the truth about this little gem I recently discovered as part of an excursion I went on in conjunction with a Princess cruise I had taken. I have been to several wineries literally ALL over but the quaint, relaxing atmosphere here made me want to take a siesta and not get back on my tour bus.... More

After 12 cruises, we are the type that do our own thing, excursion-wise. That said, not being huge fans of Mexico and it's reputation (we live next door in San Diego, CA), our cruise was to stop in Ensenada, Mexico. We decided to book this 2 winery excursion through Carnival. The first stop was a large, commercial place called L.... More

I visited this winery as part of a Carnival Cruise excursion and I was pleasantly surprised. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is so friendly. They have a store right next to the winery where they sell yummy treats and flavored tequila.

My husband and I took a Pacific Coast Cruise aboard the Disney Wonder a few years ago and our original excursion was canceled because they didn't meet the threshold of guests to sign up, so we booked a wine country tour instead. We visited both L.A. Cetto and La Casa de Dona Lupe, both in Valle de Guadalupe about 30... More
