This is an old resort/casino from the 1930's which was frequented by Al Capone. From the outside it looks really stunning. The inside needs help. The courtyard is filled with traders selling "Mexican" arts and crafts. Lets just say I saw boxes with Made in China written on them. Not so good then, a bit of a let down.

I think there is a museum, we did not go in. We saw some random outdoor mariachi performance, then some random indoor Mexican Folk dance. Their website has no information on any of these activities. It was a draw of luck. The facility is quite a tranquil place to spend a good 20 minutes to walk around.

Its really quite a site. Built for parting and gambling for the Hollywood elite. The details and craftsmanship are very impressive. They don't build them like this any more. A must see.

The party never ends! The other night we went for the Tequila and Mariachi Festival...it was awesome! The regular price was $250 pesos but we arrived at 9:00 pm the last day so the price was reduced to $150 pesos which is the equivalent of about $13.00 USD and for that we received a small ceramic shot glass and about...
