Last week I was fortunate enough to take a market tour cooking class, taught by Pear. She was awesome! Touring the market was super insightful and fun. Pear had amazing English and was really engaging and knew her stuff!

This is an excellent choice if You are looking for a Thai cooking experience. The class with a visit at the morning market can really be recomended. Very appreciated is the fact that You get a receipe book with all dishes not only the dishes You are cooking yourself.

My friend and I booked a short, three hour cooking class with the amazing and very funny Pear; we were not disappointed! We got to choose, prepare and cook four traditional Thai dishes within our small group while Pear guided us throughout. The tour included transport, plus the four course meal and an extensive take-home recipe book, so it's great... More

I looked for a school to learn to make 3 specific things: Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and Thai Iced Tea. Unfortunately I only learned one of them as the others weren't on the list. My instructor Palm was very funny and treated his students exceptionally well. He gave us the history behind many of the famous Thai dishes. Although I... More

We had a fantastic day on our cooking course. We were very lucky and there was only the two of us. We decided we would do our course on the farm instead of in the city and that was the best decision we could have made! We were given a tour of the organic garden and the village after our... More

We booked this trip at the last minute and I am glad we did as it was one of the highlights of our trip. The whole experience of Thai cooking in Ao Nang was made more interesting and funny by our tutor Pear. She was entertaining and a joy to spend an afternoon with. Not only were we made to... More

There are many cooking schools in Chiang Mai and I'm sure they are all excellent but they don't have Snow White as a teacher. The school is roomy, spotless and perfectly equipped. The classes are entertaining and informative and to all these you have to add the sense of humor of Snow White and her vast knowledge of Thai gastronomy.... More
