The best tour so far. My husband and I booked Hong Island+7 islands whole day tour through the agency located in the hotel we were in (Phra Nang Inn - Ao Nang). The long tail boat was excessively noisy, but after a while we got used to the noise. We were lucky the islands weren't crowded. We had a blast!... More

I would give this tour an excellent rating only because the tour company Krabi kingdom made it a wonderful trip. I booked at a stand in Ao Nang and the salesman highly recommended this company. The driver arrived on time and made a few stops to pick up the rest of the group. it was nice to see the other... More

Went to hong island early one morning and we were the first to arrive there wich was nice since the beach gets crowdy quite fast. Beautiful and in my opinion clean. Lovely emerald water with some good snorkeling oppertunities! You can by some water, beer, sodas and light food as well. It costs 200tbh / person to go ashore though..... More

We did snorkelling and kayaking. For kayaking you will need to have done it before as the current could be quite strong.

Hong Island is usually offered as part of a package of 4 islands for speedboat and longboat day trips. The island itself has two major attractions, the Hong island lagoon and the beach on the opposite side of the island. Our tour included a two hour stop at Hong island beach that was spent snorkelling amongs shoals of fish in... More

We visited Hong Island (and a couple near neighbouring islands) via private long-tail boat. The islands are karst, steep and just like the pictures. Remember James Bond? Beautiful swimming beaches, clean fine sand, reasonably clear water and definitely lots of small very colourful fish while snorkelling. We noticed some boats packed with dozens of people; on arrival it took them... More

I visited Hong island and take 1 day tour with kayaking. But 1 day never feel enough. This islamd was so perfect. Great white sandy beach with beautiful fish in clear water made me want to stay longer. I really looking forward to come to this place again

Did the tour quite late at around 2pm - not advisable. Too choppy to alight at hong island, hong lagoon was nice. It was raining and so we had to wait around til around 5pm to leave, waters were really choppy and the boat was flying up and slamming back into the water. Don't think pregnant or the elderly is...
