Kronplatz really is perfect for everybody, and by everybody I mean advanced skiers and beginners alike. At least that's what we found when we visited it for the firs time this year. There are a lot of very easy slopes to practice on, a lot of intermediate ones and also black slopes. Since the ski lifts are really fast and... More

I am visiting Kronplatz regularly since 1993 - it is my favourite ski center in Italy (and Italy is my favourite Alp country in the Europe - I was everywhere - France, Swiss, Germany, Austria and Italy). I usualy do the visit yearly on end of Feb or beginning of March - due to the high probablity of sunny days.... More

Been there with my family and friends. Really nice place, lots of tracks to suit every-ones' skill. Although it is very busy as well. If you're thinking about hiring an instructor be ready to wait and splash up a bit - I was offered two day waiting and £60 fee for 30 min lesson. Cheaper to learn on your own... More

Although the facilities are modern and fast, traffic in the tracks is excessive and skiing is sometimes really dangerous due to the crowds. At the end of the day, tracks are a disaster. I rather prefer the Dolomites close to Cortina or Alleghe or the Austrian Tyrol with amazing views and more technical tracks.

Nice ski area, each skier find what he wish. We have parked at Piculin, from here we have to take 5 cable cars and chairlifts to come on Kronplatz. But the return way was excellent. The longest and very nice slope is Percha /8 km/.

We visitied Kronplatz late January. Did not expect mutch - but was positevely supprised. Kronplatz is definately worth a skiing visit and it offers something to any level skier. The blues and reds are wide and long - and the blacks are excellent (2 of them in main area). Black offer over 5km lenght (continious black level) with 1334m descent... More

Kronplatz for skiing offers many various runs with a wide variety of skill levels. All of the lodges/rifugios are amazing with great food, views, and ambience. The views from the top or crown of the mountain are spectacular photo ops. This mountain has a lot to offer but it also attracts many other skiers. The top third of this mountain... More

Kronplatz is our ski resort because is so different from all the others in Europe. People go there to ski and also to enjoy the apre'ski. But not only to s how off their ski kits and drink as it happens in other ski resorts. The slopes are perfect and there is so much choice of slopes with a single... More
