This is a traditional links course God help you if the wind blows. I love it, I think it's very reasonably priced, the club house fare is steady but well prepared and served with a smile. Everyone we met was very friendly with the exception of the ramblers who were very poe faced, there is a par three where the... More

Parking for a mere £2 ticket from the club house we walked to Craster and back. We then took tea and coffee in a very clean and welcoming environment. free WiFi was also a good idea

We have a holiday home here and use the clubhouse for food - it's usually a great place to grab a sandwich and a drink. Food is OK and does 'what is says on the tin'. However, we had the worst service we have ever had anywhere here last week. I have thought long and hard about leaving this review... More

We stopped off for a cool refreshing drink while out walking. Like most people, we sat outside. The grounds are well-maintained with plenty of tables. A good stopping off point.

We dont play golf. We arrived each time in shorts and waterproofs and no one looked at us snootly. The general public bar area is large and the drinks reasonable. The food is very nice we ate burgers. The golfers have their own little sitting area that looks posh but none of them seemed to mind us in there. If... More

This is 1 of the better links courses my wife and I have played. Basic clubhouse with limited parking but the course was in good nick and at least you can mostly see where you are going

I'm not a golfer but the DCGC has been a haven for a drink and/or a meal for years when walking between Low Newton and Craster. Open to non -members and a really good line in food for refuelling. Most of the golfers seem happy with the course and the views seen when walking along the dunes by the links... More

Played here 8/7/15, staff were friendly, no real pro shop which let it down, but the course was immaculate! Greens were perfect, every hole is a typical links challenge! Bunkers were immaculate! Plenty of walkers who were polite and courteous when teeing off! Thouroghly enjoyable round!!
