There is really not much to see but pandemonium of visitors, street vendors, tricycles etc. The museum is located at the commercial district of Batac. If your a first time visitor here, you might find it a challenge looking for a parking space so it's better you have a local guide do it for you. Everyone is doing the traffic.... More

I'm not a fan of the man and his legacy in the Philippines. However, many of my partner's relatives have lived in Ilocos Norte all of their lives. It's amazing to me just how much influence the Marcos family still has today in this part of the country and even nationally. Anyway, I found the visit here to be fascinating... More

I was touching to still see the physical remains of Pres. Ferdinand Marcos despite the so many years that passed since he died. Visitors are reminded not to touch anything around the coffin.

This is one of those museums worth going to. There's enough information about his personal life and career. I got to know him better. Seeing his body (?) at the mausoleum is fine but the music inside makes it creepy, same with the flowers around. I really wonder if it's really him laying there. Tip: If you're a student, bring... First time to see the remains of our former president on a casket. Nice to see some of the memorabilia of the former president from the time he tops the bar exams 'til he become the president up to his death. Try to visit this place.

My first time to be in a mausoleum where the actual dead body is displayed. I saw only sarcophagus placed on top of the tomb like Napoleon Bonaparte's displayed at the chapel behind Hotel des Invalides. and that of Miguel Lopez de Legaspi displayed inside Cebu Cathedral. I saw a very solemn and dignified tomb. It appeared Marcos is still... More

Having grown up when Marcos was in power in the Philippines, and seeing him on the news from time to time, it was interesting to know more about the man, and what visions he held for his country. So much in the West was coverage of his, not to mention his wife's, excesses, so to see the history of the... More

Being an ILOCANO myself and have grown in the neighboring province of ABRA during the MARCOS time, it was my pleasure to be able to go and see the President Marcos Presidential Center where his memorabilias and paraphernalias are on display. When I was entering the museum, where the windows are the old type with sea shells, I was taken... More

The place is very accessible even if you are not bringing a vehicle of your own. The picture museum reminded of the Marcos' glory days. This attraction is really rich in history. Nice place to visit.
