A really beautiful beach that is good for suntanning and snorkelling. However, beware of sand flies!!!

this is consistently ranked in the 10 best beaches on the planet. It curves around the bay with miles of soft white sand and you can wade out really far as it's very shallow. Gorgeous!

We stayed on the southern part of the island but drove to Cape Santa Maria beach after many recommendations...it was worth the hour and forty five minute drive! The resort on the beech was closing for September, but the staff was very friendly and let us use the beach. My husband and I were the only ppl on the beach... More

Beautiful, mostly deserted 2 mile crescent beach with white sand clear aquamarine water and no waves. Good snorkeling on the south end, far from the resort. There's a resort with lounge chairs and paddle boards, but very strictly for guests only, so beware.

I have been to been to some of the finest beaches but none compare to this place. The whitest softest sand I have ever seen and the ocean is crystal clear. Outstanding snorkeling within walking distance, great fishing, great bar and outstanding staff. I wish I had another star to give.

We had lunch at Cape Santa Maria on the terrace outside on the water and the food was great, service was great and the beach was gorgeous. Most likely the most beautiful beach on the island!

Had lunch there while staying at another resort. Beautiful, clean, great food and staff. Met the friendly black resort cat, who appears to have 2 severe eye infections. Hoping that this cat is under vet care before he goes blind.

Great place to enjoy the beach and lovely water. Food hits the spot. Good fishing and watersports. Nothing to cause stress or distraction. Will be returning:

A spectacular beach. Probably the nicest I have ever been on. We took a trip from Stella Maris to snorkel here. I would highly recommend going here.
