My singing debut...

I sang there aged 4. My 'Silent Night' was exquisite, I can assure you. Admittedly I've put this review off somewhat - but if you DO choose to visit in 1971, you'll be charmed...

Well sign posted, car park just below the church, lots of seats to take in the view, both of the church and surrounding countryside. For once I agreed with Simon Jenkins assessment from his "1000 Best Churches" the Saxon tower is magnificent, worth the detour just to see this. The interior is clean, fresh but almost devoid of antiquity. It... More

There was an exhibition of local arts and crafts which were so sympathetically arranged around the church

There's a really good information sheet that tells you just enough to make a half-hour visit to this beautiful old church fascinating and enjoyable. We had no idea that this church is so old, but it dates from the 14th century. The stained glass windows in the apse are exceptional.

this little gem is worth a viewing, a unique triple roof structure belies the modest approach from the rather steep hill and graveyard. Worth 15min inside, and also nice vista when the church is behind you.

This is a beautiful tiny church-completely unadorned but very beautiful It is very peaceful and if you wished to pray you could do so without distraction. The Rhenish Helm spire is fantastic.

Beautiful church with interesting figure tombs, and a statue dating from the English Civil War. Good views from churchyard and "the Prospect" nearbye too.

Excellent audio visual aids. Very peaceful. Magnificent stained glass some of which was 1470. Most unusual family tombs inside the church and lovely chancel arch.
