Vicki makes this the most fun way to learn about cooking. We attended the Tim Creehan version and loved the food and the learning process! If you are ever in town be sure and check to see if she is offering classes. You will get a wonderful meal taught in great surroundings, she even sells great wines to go with... More

Vicki, I have been an avid listener of The Sea Breeze 106.3, where you advertise. I live in Wyoming and hope to vacation in FL and attend one of your classes. You are a wonderful example of a business that has found it's way, through some uncertain times. Congratulations and I hope to be a customer soon....

I recently attended a wine pairings class at Kitchenique Cooking School to celebrate a friend's birthday. It was such a fun evening, and I've already signed up for the one next month. I've been to a handful of classes there over the years and have always been extremely pleased. The wine pairings class isn't a cooking class but rather a... More

Attending a class at Kitchenique is a must do when visiting Destin. The owner, Vicki is the best. She conducts all the classes and really connects with her audience. You can ask questions and even help prepare a dish. And the food Vicki prepares is always fabulous! I can't wait to get home and try that black rice and salmon... More

Vicki the owner is very sweet and has a lot of different cooking classes every month. It is always fun and very interesting to go to learn new things then eat the food. A great place to go with girlfriends or even spouses. You won't be sorry you went.

This was our second visit. This time, Chef Tim Crehan from Cuvee Bistro was the featured chef. There about 15 'students' in attendance. He prepared three dishes for us: fir roasted red pepper soup, duck breast and pasta 'rags,' and pork with apple sauce. Chef Crehan was very interactive with the audience. He shared some stories bout his journey to... More

Every time I plan to visit the Destin area, I check the class schedule for Kitchenique Cooking School. I don't think there has been a time in the last 2 or 3 years that I haven't attended at least on of their classes during a visit. I have just returned from a 3 week trip, and am happy to say... I absolutely love your classes. This was the first one that I have been to that you taught. I have only been to the ones where you hosted a Professional Chef. I found you to be an excellent teacher. I love learning tidbits and tricks to use in my kitchen and love that you tell us why these kitchen truths... More

Wow! I am so complimented by your appreciation of the class! My passion is food and my love is teaching. I'm really lucky that I get to work at both. Thanks so much for taking the time to critique the class and hope to have you back in class soon! More

We had such a wonderful evening with wine, recipes, cooking demonstration, ad-libs, and tips about everything from cookware to wines. John Jacobs created a multi-course meal right before our eyes, and we got to eat the actual results - a perfect combination of exceptional recipes. All of the courses were outstanding, and the take-home recipes will provide memorable dishes for... More
