Gully is a good guy, and very accommodating. For the most part, we were satisfied, even though the equipment had taken a beating from sun and salt. Gully should have inspected the kayaks more carefully. Mine had a broken eye hook that left me without a back support for the day...no small factor in enjoying the day.
