Came here for the Sat night party. We had such a great time. We got here a little early, just before the sun goes down and got perfect seats. Watch out for the kids though. Had two working together try to rob us. Oh well... We danced and laughed for hours. The local prom kids came here after prom and... More

This square is in the middle of the Lucayan Market Place. It's really kind of a small-town place to relax and listen to local bands sing and play some great music. A couple of minor points...there's not much shade, so not the best place in the heat of the day. And when live bands aren't playing they sometimes really crank... More

What a shame that Americans cannot dance! O observed a group of Korean high schoolers sitting around dancing and singing people and completely focused on their computers and iphones. I looked at their screens - Facebook!

Just a Dj in the square. Maybe it was the time of year, but have been there when there was lots of entertainment, limbo dancers, reggae music, etc. disappointed there was more.

Lots of shopping, drinking and eating. The stores, bars and restaruants offered a pretty good deal for the money. We really liked Rum Runner's, Agave, the Greek Place (not sure of the name), and the ice cream place (again, not sure of the name).

This like a lot of places in Freeport seem to be geared to the cruise lines. If there was not a Cruise ship in port (most evenings after 5:00 it was very quite. There are a lot of reatraunts around it to eat in

Lots of interesting stores in the area that sell a variety of things ranging from souvenirs to pharmaceuticals. Lots of restaurants that have a diversity of food. From what I can remember there's traditional Bahamian, American, Mexican, and Greek. Great place to spend a part of your day!

No bands when we were there, but the DJ was great and people dancing on the weekend. Cheap beers to be had at the bars around the perimeter. Late night, the locals are all at the nightclubs and around the square.

Nice venue - right in the middle of the marina and marketplace. The performer's music/act was piped to all the speakers around the marketplace which was nice, so you could hear it where ever you went.

It was nice to have outdoor music in the evening. It was pretty quiet though, not too much going on.
