It is a fun place to hang out....even in the daytime. You have a wide variety of places to eat and drink while there. They have music playing all day.

Cute place to sit and people watch. You can have a drink, watch the boats come in/out and listen to the music. There are a few bars around too that overlook the square. Rum Runners was my favorite. Very open an friendly. I assume they probably have performances on the stage during the high season, but I was there in... More

July 4th was a fun experience. Great firework show! They had an excellent band perform and then a fun night for families with all types of dancing. During the daytime the shopping is pretty sad. It is the same items in all the booths, t-shirts, bead bracelets and straw bags. There were a few nicer stores but some had prices... More

The square has live music Friday and Saturday nights and sometimes during the day as well. It's nicely decorated, clean, and it's right in the middle of Port Lucaya Market. Several excursions start off here and there's all kinds of shopping, restaurants and bars. Special holiday events are also held here where you can join in the celebration with the... More

We went there on a Friday night and there was a really good crowd. All the bars were packed and there was a live band on stage.

Great open air area for music and dancing. Fun for all. There was a single playing the night we were there. He was fun and great to listen to.

The Square is convenient to most hotels and in very close walking distances. You are able to eat, drink, shop, plan excursions, sit and relax, or walk along the pier and watch the aquatic life. We bargained for souvenirs, enjoyed a lunch of conch, of course a few cocktails, learned some interesting information from the employees who worked around the... More

Its a market place, but it makes me feel like steel drums. There are steel drums but most have goods for the market. It's busy most of the time. The houses are small and very colorful, a lot of pink, a lot of metal roofs.
