Great garden with water and lots of fauna. Easy stroll through the park with lots of shade from the sun. Also has a great kids play area with swings and slides. Stop by the cafe for a great lunch. Adults admission is $15, children under 5 are free. Well worth a visit!

We went on a city wide tour and the first stop was the Garden of the Groves. It is a peaceful, shady location with lots of flora and some fauna. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history, and could be encouraged to fill in more details if questioned. Only complaint would be that there was not enough time allotted... More

If your looking for great outdoor pictures, this is the place to visit. My wife and I arrived at our hotel at 11 and did a pre-check-in and grabbed a taxi for $12 each way and headed to the garden of the groves. The Garden offers trails that are picture perfect. The receptionist and Ericka, who I later found out... More

If you want to see this well kept and gorgeous tropical garden from it's most serene side go at 9:00 am right when it opens. You'll find your place of tranquility to sit back, slow down and open all your senses to its beauty. And than you might want to take your breakfast at the café next to a little... More

A tropical paradise. We spent several hours walking the trails with gorgeous water falls, tropical plants and even animals. We saw flamingos and monkey's too (not native to the area).

Ducks were very unusual, liked the labyrinth and walked it. Ladies at little stores were a bit pushy and if you said you weren't going to buy, some immediately brushed you off. Little outdoor restaurant was nice with good food.

We rode the complimentary bikes from the Viva Wyndham here one morning. It's not really worth the $15 a person, but there's really nothing else to do and we needed to do something besides lay on the beach. It was beautiful just wandering around. We noticed a lot of tours include this on their agenda which is probably how it... More

Beautiful place to see all the different wildlife. The birds, flowers and fishes were amazing to see. Staff was very nice and not pushy to get you to buy gifts. Even though it was hot no mosquitos!

I visited Garden of the Groves as a part of a tour. The guide (I've forgotten her name) was a natural storyteller - funny and informative. The one hour tour was educative and thank the Lord, mostly in the shade, as the temperature was in the 90's. It seems that

If you want a nice peaceful shaded walk this is perfect. We've been here a few times for lunch - back in the day you could get in free if you were coming in for lunch but now they charge (I think $15). I guess too many people were lying about lunch. They have a few shops - vendors not... More
