If you want a nice peaceful shaded walk this is perfect. We've been here a few times for lunch - back in the day you could get in free if you were coming in for lunch but now they charge (I think $15). I guess too many people were lying about lunch. They have a few shops - vendors not... More

The garden was nice, but we did this as part of a tour excursion. Our visit was limited to an hour, so it was very rushed. The guide was good if you kept up with her. Because it was so hurried, if you stopped to take a picture, you missed the next plant or point of interest that she talked... More

Very serene and inspiring. The church was delightful and the food was surprisingly delicious. There was nothing negative about it.

Great way to get from the Marina/Count Basse Square to Taino Beach. The boat ride is 10 minutes or less. It would be helpful if someone told you where to go once you get off at Taino Beach, but we figured it out.

Don't miss this enchanting native garden and a visit to the Garden Cafe, Where you can sit outside, look at a beautiful waterfall, and see the fish and turtles in the lake. BTW, they love your scraps. Even the ducks are friendly! Or if you prefer, eat inside, in the a/c -- or if the weather is pleasant and comfortable,... More

My husband and I loved the tour and really enjoyed our visit to the garden. This was included in our city tour and very worth it. It was neat to learn the history and background of the Island and scenery was very pretty. We actually enjoyed learning about the founder Wallace Groves and how Freeport came about. Must try!!

We were there 20 years ago. Beautiful location!! Small and easily walked. Enjoyed all the color and birds we saw.

We enjoyed our visit--the garden was the lunch stop on our Jeep tour. We spent a bit less than two hours and that gave us enough time to walk the garden, have lunch at the cafe (which I've reviewed separately) and do a little shopping. This isn't an exotic, perfectly manicured garden--it's small, pleasant and a little overgrown, but the... More

What a beautiful place! So many turtles swimming, but unfortunately I did see a snake :(. Had a really nice drink on the patio. It's worth a visit if you want to leave the resort for an hour for some peace & quiet.
