We scheduled a couples massage tha twas very nice. Having a relaxing time receiving a strong rub down while being right next to my girl was a first and not the last time I do this.

I would not necessarily recommend this spa, but there is no other option for a massage and I enjoy getting one while on vacation. The prices are ridiculous, but then again everything is beyond over priced here. We had three people getting 80 minutes massages. The people who greet you did good job and then take you to the locker... More

I just had a Swedish Massage at Mandara here at Atlantis. Positive: excellent masseuse, the pressure was spot on, more than a rub but not a deep tissue where one time at another resort I left and felt nauseous. Also- this week is 30% off, in which I paid $105+ for a 50 min massage- decent price for Atlantis. Negs-... More

Mandara Spa owners insists that there employees sell and up sell or they will have no appointments the following week. The therapist don't get a base salary and are consistently harrassed by management to sell products or there will be consequences. Even though it's a spa the company treat there employees like trash and continue cutting there commission percentage expect... More

There is no way to book online ahead of time. But it is worth the hassle of calling or trying to do it through email. I managed to get a deep tissue massage appointment after I arrived (within an hour) but the time slots were few and far between. The overall experience was pretty typical of a spa. They schedule... Was pleasantly surprised at how nice this spa was. Back in 2006 it was not completely done, so nice to see such a large spa that still gives good service, good treatments and has a nice, serene "Mandara" experience.

There were 4 of us that booked deep tissue massages, we all had the same time 9:00AM, we arrived and checked in, the men were sent to the left and us women were sent to the right, shown lockers and told to enjoy the hot tub, that had no jets on, they were broken, then we went into the steam... I recently got married at the Atlantis and booked hair and makeup at Mandara. My overall experience was very frustrating, but I will start with the positive. The lady that did my hair and makeup did a great job. She was nice, and did exactly what I asked for and more. Also the spa facility was clean and beautiful. However,... More

I visited this spa on Easter Sunday. When I went into the registration area, I mentioned that the smell of the incense that was burning bothered me. It was quickly removed. After a very relaxing shower I had a facial. It was one of the best I've ever had. Wonderful scalp massage and arm and hand massage was included. The... More

First they tell us to ge there a half hour early... we were there for a couples retreat but then had to wait separately for an hour! Finally someone took me upstairs to another waiting room where we met... we couldn't wait that long wait together? Then they were another 15-20 minutes till we finally got our massages. I'll admit...
