Although pricey, the massage experience is excellent at Mandara and worth the investment. Streisand and Kendra were both superb therapists and Kendra fixed my husband's sore calves with some special nerve treatments thrown in to the experience (they have never been without pain in the last four years).

I'm a regular massage patron. I have lower back, shoulder, and leg / calf pain issues so once every two weeks is a must - I consider it medicine, and I'm not looking for a relaxing massage. I always explain this when I have working with someone new... I'm known to stop massages 10 minutes in if the person can't... More

My wife and I stayed at Atlantis for a babymoon and look forward to a couples massage. I was never given paperwork to complete listing any medical issues, allergies, problem areas, etc. However, i mentioned to my massage therapist that I had hernia surgery almost three months before, but thankfully was medically cleared by the doctor and looking forward to... Service was average. Not worth the price they charge. The facilities are not co-ed which suxs especially when you are going to couples massage. The spa didn't carry cucumber slices for relaxation which was weird. Didn't meet our expectations.

My daughter & I have visited this spa in our past visits to Atlantis. This time our experience was so disappointing that it's hard to believe it's the same spa. I walked in to make appts for both of us the following day. They said they had plenty of appts available for the next few days. This should have tipped... More

You must take a few hours & book an appointment while staying at the Atlantis! Request Enga for your treatment as she was awesome! Go at least an hour before your appointment to enjoy the steam room & sauna area!

Overpriced and nail tech acted as if this was her first time ever doing a manicure and didn't seem concerned about my satisfaction at all. Nail tech kept getting up and leaving me setting. Not impressed with the looks of my nails once manicure was done. I expected much better service for the setting and price. Simply unhappy with overall... More

I tried a massage at Mandara as I typically do when traveling. The quality of my therapist was novice at best. The price was inflated for what I classify as a very average experience. I felt rushed from the moment I checked in. I can't speak for all of the services that this spa provides, but I can say I... More

Dear mgriffis22, Thank you for sharing your Mandara Spa experience and congratulations on the new addition to your family. It seems that in the midst of worrying about whether a massage was suitable for you given the circumstances, the therapist did not properly handle matters. We can assure you that this is an unusual circumstance and that it probably stemmed... More

When you visit the Mandara Spa, keep an eye on your wallet, or you will be sorry. My wife and I ordered an in-suite couple’s massage while on our vacation at Atlantis. When we were presented with the bill, they provided one number on the bill (not itemized; just 1 number) which looked extremely high, but I made the dire... More
