I tried a massage at Mandara as I typically do when traveling. The quality of my therapist was novice at best. The price was inflated for what I classify as a very average experience. I felt rushed from the moment I checked in. I can't speak for all of the services that this spa provides, but I can say I... More

When you visit the Mandara Spa, keep an eye on your wallet, or you will be sorry. My wife and I ordered an in-suite couple’s massage while on our vacation at Atlantis. When we were presented with the bill, they provided one number on the bill (not itemized; just 1 number) which looked extremely high, but I made the dire... More

Spa experience was seriously lacking. The line I in process took la long time, the locker room facilities were in poor shape, the hot tub in the women's locker room was not working, and in the men's room they were out of robes. In the unisex waiting area there was trash, empty cups and plenty of workers walking around not... More

I got a Swedish massage, which was in "special" for $99 plus mandatory 20% gratuity, paid in advance (regardless of service?) Then I paid for the "add-in" of the conditioning foot treatment. What that meant was I paid an extra $40 and she focused on the feet for 10 minutes. Of the 50 minute massage I had already paid for.... More

Having spent a week at the Atlantis and a morning getting a facial at the spa. I agree with the customer service at the whole resort being poor for the cost but at the Spa it was alright . There are not enough chairs in the spa and they do not tell you you can go upstairs to the direct... More

I would not necessarily recommend this spa, but there is no other option for a massage and I enjoy getting one while on vacation. The prices are ridiculous, but then again everything is beyond over priced here. We had three people getting 80 minutes massages. The people who greet you did good job and then take you to the locker... More

I just had a Swedish Massage at Mandara here at Atlantis. Positive: excellent masseuse, the pressure was spot on, more than a rub but not a deep tissue where one time at another resort I left and felt nauseous. Also- this week is 30% off, in which I paid $105+ for a 50 min massage- decent price for Atlantis. Negs-... More

Mandara Spa owners insists that there employees sell and up sell or they will have no appointments the following week. The therapist don't get a base salary and are consistently harrassed by management to sell products or there will be consequences. Even though it's a spa the company treat there employees like trash and continue cutting there commission percentage expect... More
