If you want to rent a Jetski and have the beach to yourself on a weekday, then this is the beach for you. The beach needs a little cleaning up, walking along I stepped over used condoms and tiny left over trash. The highlight of the day was the Stingray that swamp up behind us, sending us running out the... More

There is not to much to say other than this is one of the best places that I have ever been to. I was invited by one of my old friends and it was GREAT! I like the fact that when you think of a place where clear waters are then this is your place to go. I got a... More

Arrived to Nassau via cruise with the intentions to get away from the crowds of tourists. Most people head towards Atlantis and Cabbage beach (which we did the first time) but that beach was overcrowded with dangerous riptides. Cable beach however was like swimming in a natural pool; crystal clear, gentle waves, powder soft sand...The #10 jitney bus outside the... More

Snorkeling in the warm, crystal clear water at cable beach was the one nice thing about staying at the Melia.

We had a wonderful vacation to The Bahamas, the best part of our trip was the gorgeous beach with white sand, turquoise water and calm and peace around.... I am guessing not to many people know about this private and beautiful beach that's why your going to feel that this paradise was made just for you. We had a personal... More

My son and I had read about the city buses, so we tried it. Walked from the cruise ship dock through the straw market and asked for directions to the bus stop. I had read a past Trip Advisor review about the #10 bus to Cable Beach/Resorts. Folks pointed us to the correct bus stop and we hopped the #10... More

Far from food other than Hotel Beach is beautiful, Reef 100 yds out has better snorkeling than the boat trips you pay for. Lots of Sea Turtles in grassy areas 50 yds out.

Across the water from Bob Marley Island and Sandals. Beautiful place to lay out and catch some rays! We went on a little snorkel cruise and actually got to pick up our own starfish! From the beach it was $50. per person. We snorkeled for about 1.5 hours.

White powder sand, crystal blue warm water. There were plenty of chairs on the beach with towels, umbrellas and cabanas were available. Plenty of showers to use before going into the pools.
