Once Bahamar is complete there will be much more. The Melia is beautiful with good restaurants.

The beach is gorgeous! The Asian fusion restaurant is very good with a mix of Japanese, Peruvian and Chinese. Great Sushi and other entrees were all very good.

It's very nice! It's was right outside the hotel therefore we had access to food, drinks and bathrooms. The jet skis were too close for comfort and made me wonder about how polluted the water might be. Bring sandals and solar protection!

Tons of pushers at the market but I recommend going under the bridge abd eating at Twin Brothers. Get through friend conch with a local kalik beer. Make sure to try an island favorite, sky juice.

White sands, blue and warm sea. There you can do parasailing, jetskiing, snorkeling. Wonderful place to go and stay with your family all day long.

We had rented a private residence for a week. We made our way to Goodman's Bay beach which is the east end of Cable Beach. Our original plan was to start there and then walk the beach closer to the resorts, but once we arrived we were happy just to stay where we were. The beach was clean, the water... More

It's hard to get an umbrella or cabana on the beach but one of my favorite spots on the beach was on the dock at night time just staring at the stars, enjoying the breeze.

Cable Beach is absolutely breathtaking. The water is clear. There are colorful fish swimming by any rocks/reef. The sand is as white as could be. Little to no seaweed. This is one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever been on. I visited Cable Beach in both March & May and it was perfect both times! I travel often... More

This beach is something from the movies. White sand, clear water. So beautiful. If you get a chance, rent a sea-doo. You may be able to see some dolphins as well

Likes: Great water! White sand! Annnd tourists. But if you go in November, not as many tourists! Many nice hotels (like the Sheraton.) Dislikes: Not super friendly locals/hotel staff, but maybe that was my fault; I shied away from human interaction for the most part.

We stayed at the West Wind II timeshare, right on the beach. The only negative I saw was that right next door (west of us) was a dump of a public beach. It was totally trashed. Our resort and that part of the beach that was away from the above mentioned public beach was beautiful.
