nice little get away!

Built these in the 80's and I loved them then, some have great indoor outdoor pools, and 200feet from the best beach on P.I.

The Cloisters was part of our City tour. It was beautiful. Great historical site. You must do this. We took the tour with the Chauffer Ron Bowleg of Ron's tours and it was awesome.

2nd time visiting the Cloisters, this time with more family members. Took a taxi from our cruise ship to The Cloisters. The Cloisters and surrounding gardens are very beautiful and as other reviewers said great for that zen moment. And, as me and my wife did on our last trip here, we planned on walking through the gardens on the... More

I am a Bahamas wedding photographer and shoot at the One & Only and of course The Cloisters - a lot! It is one of the most beautiful places in Nassau to have your wedding ceremony and the Versailles Gardens are stunning for receptions. You can't go wrong with this location. highly recommended!

The Cloisters is a small pretty garden, a little difficult to find but worth the drive. Private property signs are posted, but it seems as long as you are respectful it was okay for a quick visit.

This might be a little hard to find but if you are looking for a quiet beautiful spot to have a Zen moment this is it. There is a water view but no beach. Time your visit not during a wedding and you will probably have the area just about to yourselves.

The Cloisters is a breathtaking, 14th-century, outdoor, stone French Augustinian monastery ruin originally brought to the U.S. in the 1920's by William Randolph Hearst and later brought to Paradise Island, Bahamas, in the 1960's by Huntington Hartford. A beautiful wide, stone staircase leads up to it from Paradise Island Drive. With its columns, and arches which surround a courtyard containing... More

With this being our 4th trip to Atlantis, I was looking for something different to do. I had read about the Cloisters on TripAdvisor and really wanted to visit. It took us 10 minutes to walk from the Coral Towers. It's a main road, and we felt completely safe. One side has a formal terraced garden with statues and across... More

Pretty and peaceful gardens that you can walk through. Be careful on the uneven stones, they are old and have sunken in places, risen in others, and I twisted my ankle because I wasn't paying attention. There are multiple koi ponds, statues, and a gazebo by the sea. The sign says private property, but visitors are welcome in to a... More

Not only is it beautiful, the history behind the cloister is very interesting. The cloister is from 14th century French Monastery. It was brought to the island by Hunting Hartford. Great place for photos.
