I love to visit churches when we travel. This one did not disappoint...beautiful! We met for an excursion outside the church so we were able to pop in and look around a little

This place makes you take your breath when you walk in. One of the oldest churches in all of the caribbean and has some of the only pipe organs in the caribbean. Locals were coming in to pray on their way to work and loved that too!!

Stopped in for a quick peek during a thunderstorm. Learned this structure (I say structure since we are the church) has been rebuilt 34 times. Now, I don't know about you, but that seems to tell me something might be wrong with this place. In my humble opinion, any place that ropes off an entire bench for only dignitaries to... More

A place where to find or re-find your connection with God. Even I am orthodox, here I found that quiet and light to remount after a day spent into that deep sun and humidity. Interesting building and nice people.

A sacred place in Nassau. It feels so peaceful to be inside this church and the atmosphere of reverence is special. A good place to stop by while in town.

I am Christian Orthodox but I visit this Cathedral. It is interesting but because all the people from this kind of warm region are lazy, everything appear to be in this idea... Other else is a nice church!

This church was established in the 1600s, so it is steeped in rich history. Take a moment to peek inside when you are in Nassau - it is well worth it. The stone is locally quarried, and the stained class is very impressive. More on our travel blog at: goo.gl/lbxWoL

It was beautiful. Doors were open just walked on in. It makes you feel small. It makes you speechless. There is a place to make a donation if you choose which we did.

We stop here in our stroll through downtown Nassau. The building was charming, reminded us of Europe. Beautiful stain glass windows. Also a really calming place to take a break in the hot weather.
