I went to look at the church as I was close by visiting another attraction. Can't say it was anything special or different to any other church I have visited in the Caribbean. I'm glad I called in to look as I'm fascinated by historic buildings but I wouldn't go again

Please please come see this historic church. Beautiful inside and out. The garden is breath taking with a beautiful cherub right in the middle.

Christ Church Cathedral is a beautiful old Anglican/Episcopal Cathedral. It is rich in history and easily accessible in the downtown Nassau area.

The stain glass windows are beautiful, wood work in ceiling amazing. Worth your time, even if you are not a religious person.

This was my first time seeing a full Anglican Mass. It was a beautiful home going celebration but the cathedral is a historic site and full of treasure to see and read. The sanctuary is full of such wonderful history as well as the granite entry way. A must see while visiting Nassau.

This church won't take more than 10 minutes to go through, but it is well worth a stop. It is the oldest place for worship on the island dating back to the 1600's i believe. The original structure has been added to over the years, but it still maintains the historic charm. Many prominent figures in Bohemian history have been... More

This was a beautiful church, especially the stained glass and organ. If you're in the area, it's worth taking a look inside :)

Wall plaques dating back to 1825 commemorate lost seafarers, ship sinkings, huuricanes, smallpox epidemics, storms and more. Also Nassau pioneers long forgotten yet worthy of passing thought and, perhaps, a prayer. Outside tombs date back to 1760, when Nassu was still a pirate port. Old Nassau family names, Solomon, Armbrister, Farrngton, Kelly, Lightbourne, Maura and more are rembered here. A... More
