Sandy Toes is a great bar on Rose Island, off of Nassau. The waters a solo beautifully blue and crystal clear and there are miles and miles of beach to walk on. Would definitely recommend taking Sandy Toes' boat from Nassau, Paradise Island to get there, they have price options online.

We went on this excursion Feb 24th. Everything was on time and well organized. We took a boat ride to a private island. We relaxed on the beach, found great shells, and were served a wonderful buffet lunch. We went snorkling, the staff was very attentive and informative. They really stressed safety and someone was always there to help on... More

We were on our honeymoon, and decided we wanted to get out on a boat at least once. If we'd known how amazing this place was, we'd have gone twice! We had about a 30 minute boat ride out to Rose Island of The Bahamas. We got there with only about 30 other people, to our own PRIVATE beach! There... More

We really appreciated the lovely island and the amenities we found there. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best - very windy. However, we could imagine how great it would have been on a nicer day. We liked the rustic qualities of the walkways and structures. The best part of the island was its natural authenticity. We enjoyed snorkeling and really... More

AWFUL. This is a place for mountain goats. Rocky, steep, uneven terrain. You could really get hurt. The beach is ok to swim in the afternoon... too strong in the morning. Bring Water Shoes... the rocks are awful. The snorkel area is just ok...however slippery steps to get in and out of the water. skip this.

my husband and I took a day trip to Sandy Toes kid free on our vaycay to Atlantis as a little getaway. Overall it was a nice experience. It is VERY WELL ORGANIZED which in some way was a good thing I suppose for their organization of the day but in others I found it a little too fast paced.... More

We rented one of the very few homes on Rose Island, about a mile from Sandy Toes. Personally, you could not PAY ME to stay at a resort or go on a cruise ship and be around that many people while on vacation. That said, after a few days alone with the family on a deserted island, it was nice... More

We've been to the Bahamas a number of times and wanted to do a beach excursion for the day. Sandy Toes - Rose Island fit the bill perfectly. Nice ferry ride over to the island. (Note: Be on time. The ferry does NOT come back to get you.) Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The white sandy beaches were clean... More
