But, a long way to go for a good daiquiri, and now the taxi ride is $15.... (Take the #10 bus for $1.25)... They show some pictures of the old daiquiri Shack. The taste is still the same... WONDERFUL.. But, until Cable Beach "opens up" with all of the new resorts, this is a long way to go for a... More

Went here for a daiquiri and it was fresh and delicious. They had wings that were amazing and at a good price. The guy who made the drinks was very nice and fun. Definitely worth the stop. They also have stands near by so you can browse as you drink.

We found this place trying to escape the ridiculous prices for a drink at Melia. Wow! We were not disappointed! The fresh fruit is stacked almost to the ceiling and is amazing! Coconuts, mangos, bananas, apples, oranges etc. They cut everything right in front of you and throw it all in a blender. The food is ok, nothing to write... More

What a great little place. Probably the very best daiquiri I have ever had. It's a small little hut and all they have is daiquris so if you are looking for food or beer keep on moving. All that is there is the man who makes the drinks, tons of fresh fruit, blenders and rum. You canget there from the... More

Going to the Bahamas without going here would be a huge mistake. I went when they had the old location years ago, and the new location. They still have a great island charm. Great place to have a cigar outdoors and an ice cold drink. #1 favorite thing to do in the Bahamas.

When you walk into the shack you see fresh fruit stacked up along both sides of the bar. If you look above the door after walking in, you will see the list of daiquiri options. They are $6 a piece and well worth the money. We ordered Coconut Daiquiri and then watched the bartender slice up fresh coconut into the... More

We stayed at the Melia, just access the street from the daiquiri shack. We popped in for a drink at least once a day. At half the price of the resort drinks, we thought it was quite a bargain. They tasted great also.

Had a great time stopping here, cheap drinks loaded with rum for $6. Cheap wings which are pretty good too! $6 for 6 wings. Employees were very awesome as well!

Best place for inexpensive daiquiri's. Daiquiri's were $6.00 each and beer $3.00. Very fun atmosphere
