Dolphin Encounters

It was a well organized great program. The island is not too far from Paradise Island and they really look after the dolphins and sea lions well here. It is a bit pricey.

Loved the Dolphins. Great adventure. Would be a great place to take the kids for swimming adventure after the dolphins.

As a dolphin lover my friend booked this trip as a Birthday surprise for me. After a short boat ride to Blue Lagoon we spotted our first dolphin within seconds of disembarking. After a brief but amusing and well delivered dolphin orientation we were taken round to our pool area for our close encounter with a dolphin. We were in... More

We did the Dolphin Encounter, which is the shallow water interaction in waist-deep water (as opposed to the Dolphin Swim). While most participants appeared to come from cruise ships, we were actually staying at Atlantis, which has its own dolphin experience. However, we saw an Atlantis review suggesting Blue Lagoon Island as a better deal. It definitely was. Check the... More

We choose the Sea Lion encounter this trip. It was wonderful! All the other travelers with us went for the Dolphin's but we had previously swam with them at Discovery cove in Orlando. It was great having a small group, our trainer Sabrina (I think) was so funny, she really made the experience fun! Sea Loins have such personalities! We... More

We were booked from the NCL Getaway to swim with the dolphins. The departure time for the trip was 1pm from the dock, which I thought was late. We had a nice ride on the ferry boat over to the island. Once on the island we met with the guides for an educational piece and then ushered off to meet... More

I had a wonderful time. The adventure was well planned and I hope to go back sometime with my grandchildren.

We went here as a shore excursion from a cruise. The Dolphin Encounter served as a "Just to say we did it" experience. If you go into the water with the dolphins, you will pay...a lot. If you out of the water to watch your kids play.... you'll pay for that as well. For what I paid, I was briefly... More

I met with dolphin's and I can't even swim! You stand on a ramp which keeps the water up to your chest or even lower depending on your height. You can choose from 2/3 different encounters with seals or dolphins and really get some awsome memories.

If you have never touched or got close to a dolphin and can't swim well this is the trip for you. We had a great day out.
