A cheap ride into nassau from Paradise island

A nice way to get from Paradise Island into Nassau, eight dollars return with a running commentary on the way. Last ferry 6 pm.

inexpensive option to get to the Atlantis during the day. Apparently buses are not permitted to cross the bridge so you get dropped on the other side of the bridge and have to walk, The ferry drops you fairly close still have to walk a ways. It was a little slow and the tour guide who begs for tips is... More

...they really need to figure out the check in process. We arrived about 45 minutes prior to our scheduled departure and were made to wait in a chaotic line to check-in (even though we had pre-purchased our tickets), and despite there being several open windows. They penalize you for buying ahead. Had we purchased our tickets at the window which... More

eight dollars return and takes ten minutes plus up to 30 minutes wait for each boat to be full. runs up to 6pm. The local custom is a youth helps the skipper and tells you about the local land marks with a few funny quips. at the end he tells you he does not actually work for the ferry and... More

Agree with others. $4 is too much and they make you wait "for a few more minutes" which turns into 30 minutes all the while the boat is running and polluting. We won't support this business again as a cab ride is quicker and only $1 more for our family of 4.

Taking the Ferry from Paradise island to Nassau is a fun, friendly, and relatively fast service, Jerry is a great guide and will relate tidbits about celebrities and homes on the Islands. But if the ferry is not full; you can wait a long hot time.

While waiting to board a dive boat at Hurricane Hole Marina I walked over the ferry terminal and took the short ride across the bay to downtown. Best way to get from Paradise Island to downtown Nassau.

We actually went on this ferry yesterday. We didn't know whether to take a ferry or cab, and in thinking the ferry would be easier we took the ferry. The ferry was weather worn(understandable) however it definitely was not meant for the amount of people it boarded. The people running this has no idea about personal space. I didn't see... More

Took the Ferry to Harbor Island with a stop in between. The boat is clean and the staff very pleasant. When we got to the island we were greeted by our guide who gave us a map of the island, a golf cart and locations where we could go for a free lunch (included in the price of the ferry)... More
