I was on my mid semester break, marking was all done and I wanted to indulge in some R & R. What would I do without leaving home? Well I found the perfect adventure. I had received an blast promoting a resident's discount for the Dolphin Close Encounters on Blue Lagoon Island and thought…..I'd try something new. So on Friday,... More

Just came back from Bahamas, seen the dolphins. It was my first time so I didn't know what to expect . Thought it was interesting . Wish we could of spent more time in the water with the animal. But I think it's worth it. Next time I'll try actually swimming with them instead of just petting them.

My kids did this and my husband and I were observers which is a fee of $45 each (just to watch them)!!!! You have to take a 30 min ride to & from the place while in port at Nassau. The kids had so much fun. The cute dolphins were like kids themselves. I was wishing I had did the... More

My BF and I did the Dolphin Swim at Blue Lagoon and we're wowed by these beautiful creatures. I had done a similar program a few years back in Florida, but this one was in the open and on a beautiful private island. The dolphins were fun, friendly and smart. We couldn't stop smiling the whole time we were there.... More

Quite expensive for what it was. Spent almost as much time with dolphins as we spent in the classroom orientation. Neat experience but we expected more.

This was an excellent excursion for the family. The boat ride over to the island was great for sightseeing. The Dolphin Experience was informative and fun. The staff did a great job. There were also other activities and beaches on the island. The food was affordable as well. We were very impressed!

Me and my bf swam with the dolphins that played "flipper" in the 1995 movie and also the one they used for a Guns & Roses video. The whole program was educational, good for kids of all ages.

Get close and personal with these amazing creatures. So loving and smart, this is not to be missed. Try and book the first encounter of the day so you can spend the day on Blue Lagoon Island. It's a great place to hang out.

Well worth the money. My fiancé and I had the experience of a lifetime. We meet the dolphin that was in the 1995 Flipper movie. We did the swim with the dolphin experience. You will get to dance with them, they will give you a kiss, give them a hug and of course they will push you through the water... More
