Of all the beaches in St Thomas and St John, this was my favorite. It was large enough to satisfy my need to walk on the beach and quite beautiful. It was not crowded and wide enough to lay out a blanket and not feel like people were looming around you. The facilities were excellent as well.

This review is solely for Cinnamon Bay watersports. The beach itself was ok, and the lunch at Cinnamon bay was sub-par. Cinnamon Bay Watersports: We recently stopped by Cinnamon Bay Watersports and rented SUPs for 2. We rented for the day at $80 each. I've rented from other establishments (outside of St. John) and comparatively, these SUPs were in excellent... More

We rented a CAT after taking a sailing class from Kendall and had the most amazing time!! This is a wide beach and has lots of sand to find your SPOT to soak up the rays or mingle with friends. There is a lot of activity going on at this beach because of the campground beside it. Yet it also... More

The beach is amazing, there are beautiful paths to walk through the camping areas, there is food, a bar, but not too near the beach, so the beach feels secluded. Gorgeous!

Second favorite beach on the island behind Trunk Bay. Has water sports rentals, floats, snack shop and grill. Water is crystal clear, warm and calm. Absolutely beautiful!

This is one of the few beaches on St. John that has facilities - not just bathrooms but showers and food too. The view is beautiful, the beach long and wide, and the water warm. This beach has a campground also and some equipment rentals. Arrive early to get parking - as is true with any of the St. John... More

Swell was too great for snorkeling, but playing in the waves was a blast. Water sport rental was closed due to high surf, and chair rental was restricted due to liability reasons. There really wasn't anywhere to place a chair anyways because the surf was right up to the mangrove trees on the day we visited. We hung our stuff... More

Get there early because it is not easy to find parking. Even though it is hard to find parking the beach is not crowded because it is such a long beach. Snorkeling is good around the small island that is just off of the beach . There are restroom facilities and showers which are nice for a public beach.

Just back from a week at Cinnamon Bay Camp Ground on St. John. It's an amazing place set in one of the most beautiful spots I've ever seen. I shared a cabin with a friend and was very comfortable. Yes, there are bugs, but there are also wonderful people, lots to do and an amazing beach. Sheets and towels are... More
