Great snorkeling and the beach is gorgeous, one of my favorites that I've been to in the Caribbean. The shade that you can get under the palm trees helps when you burn like I do too.

Well, its a beach you can pick a shade and stay the fool day with your cooler and snorkel gear. You can hire some SUPs and get a ride with the owner until the end of next beach (its the only rental facility in the place, you cant miss), and come back paddling and snorkeling. One of te top days... More

Loved Cinnamon Bay! Beautiful Beach, and actually got parking when we couldn't find any at Trunk Bay. Tons of rentals (kayaks, boards) unlike other nearby beaches.

Went back to St John at the end of our vacation and picked Cinnamon Bay Beach as our destination. We found some shade at the east end of the beach. The coral reef is a little farther out here but we found another bit of coral in close and another larger area down at the east end of the beach.... More

Cinnamon Bay was not the quietest beach on the St John, but there was plenty of room to get away from other beach goers and have your own corner of paradise. The water was clear and calm. There is actually some decent snorkeling here too with quite a bit of living coral and plenty of fish. When you visit St... More

This place is gorgeous! The only reason it was not our top beach was due to the wind. It prevented us from doing all that we had planned-paddle boarding and snorkeling around the near small island. Full amenities here. Campground with restaurant, tent cabins, camp sites, and small permanent "cabins(concrete)" right on the beach. There are bathrooms and nice showers... More

This is one of the most amazing beaches in St. John! The water is clear and the sand super white. The beach is well kept inside the National Park with great facilities. Is a most stop while in St. John. You can even take a taxi from the ferry if you don't have a car.

I know some people say this is their favorite beach, but I am not sure why...when we went, the waves were rough...we didn't bother going into the water - would have been more work then it was worth. Other beaches, on same day, were a lot calmer and prettier. We took a few pictures and left. (The most interesting thing... More

We (my husband & I) were in the U.S.V.I from 7/13/14-7/20/14 and as you can imagine we did alot of different activities. We stayed on St. Thomas but, we ferried over to St. John one day & It was much more relaxed. Out of the entire week we were there, Paddle boarding & hanging out on Cinnamon bay was the... More

Another day in beach paradise. Found the water to be a little tougher to swim/snorkel in because it was a little windy. This made snorkeling a little more challenging and a little less enjoyable. We didn't see the variety of fish that we saw on Trunk Bay, but then again, we really didn't venture too far off the beaten snorkel... More
