I got to paddle board 3 times with Gary, out of Cruz Bay. We went out the bay area and down the coast a bit. Great scenery. Felt very confident with Gary and welcomed his SUP knowledge. I was looking for an alternative to running in the mornings since it gets so hot early and it was hard to find a flat section for a nice run on St John. Stand Up Paddleboarding seem like a good alternative , since it is on the water and it would be cooler. I had seen lots of people downwinding...
