The ferry is clean, safe and reliable. The schedule is every hour on the hour and the staff is always courteous and nice. We love going over to St John for dinner and walking around Cruz Bay.

Always on time and plenty of room to relax! Love sitting on the top deck and taking it all in! Clean enough and they help put your luggage on and take it off! A small tip is always appreciated!

I like the new terminal (much better than the old dark, dirty gravel we used to have to wait for the ferry on) BUT the staff--from the cashiers for the tickets to the staff on the ferry itself--need training on customer service. My goodness, they're in the HOSPITALITY business. They are one of the first and last experiences that visitors... More

Liked: Ferries are right on time and very clean. Ticketing easy. Plenty of room. Sit outside up top or inside down below.

We traveled from St. Thomas on this ferry. Found it to leave on time and porters were very courteous with your luggage. No food or beverages on board. But a good way to get over to St. John.

I highly recommend you spend a few extra bucks and take the Westin Ferry which is a lot cleaner and less hassle and includes all the cab rides.

We took the ferry between St. Thomas and St. John and really enjoyed it. We sat on the top deck one way, which was quite fun, and inside on the way back, which was comfortable. Our ferry back was full and I worried about the taxi wait, but it was super quick and we were on our way back to... More

I've taken this ferry a few times. The captain is highly experienced, and it's a safe trip. The views of the islands and the scenery are amazing. As you may have read in other reviews, cash is king on the ferry. The crew members are helpful, but be careful with valuables in your bags. They are honest - they won't... More
