My husband, 16 year old daughter and I took a kayak/snorkel tour with Sara this week and really enjoyed it! It was just the 4 of us so we had a very personal experience. Sara was very knowledgeable, entertaining and well-prepared. She quickly pulled out her first aid kit when I cut my toe before we even entered the water.... More

This was our first family vacation to St. John, My two children- 5&7 adored activities associated with our Tour. Sara treated us as if she has known us for ever. We have never taken this type of trip before and she was so patient with us and was very knowledgeable regarding the plants/fish, and just the overall snorkeling and kayak... More

My two teenage children and I spent three hours kayaking Round Bay with Jen as our guide . She is fun, easy to talk to and has a wealth of information about the plants and fauna that are found on the island and in the surrounding waters. We learned a lot in such a short period of time and I... More

We saw this tour on the television show Motion, It was well worth the 30 minute trip(we had a jeep rental) from Caneel to Coral Bay. Reservations were easy to make online, Jennifer was a wonderful guide. She pointed out all kinds of sea life, even a sleeping shark, and answered all of our questions about the area and island.... We traveled to St. John in May and wanted to take our friends on the Hidden Reef Eco Tour. My husband and I had done this two years ago with Jen and had a great experience. We worked with Walter who is always responsive and accommodating. Jen was not on island that week so he sent Sara as our guide.... More

We had what turned out to be a private kayaking/snorkeling trip with Jen. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable -- she could point out fish, birds, coral, plants, etc, and we found it made a big difference to snorkel with someone who could tell us what we were looking at. Two recommendations for the company: give VERY good instructions... More

The negative experience I will describe is not a review of being present on the actual tour but in being charged for a tour when our party of two was unable to find transportation to the remote launch site where Walter Mayo was to meet us. I made a reservation for a party of two and was excited to take... More

It is unfortunate that taxis can be a problem on the islands and that is why we recommend renting a car. People do take taxis very successfully to our location on a regular basis but we understand that situations arise. If we are contacted by a guest with a problem, we always try to accommodate them by moving their time... More

This a great snorkeling tour with a knowledgeable guide. The kayak trip is a brief paddle from an East End bay to a beach near an extensive system of colorful coral reefs - one older and one relatively young. The fish sightings are diverse and colorful including squid and a moray eel, but the coral gardens are a rare sight... More

My husband and I thought this was the highlight of our trip. Jennifer was awesome, taught us so much about plant life and sea life. An easy kayak then beautiful snorkel in Round Bay while Jennifer pointing out different sea life, explaining it all. It was one of the best snorkeling we did in St. John. Very fun, relaxing and... Went with wife and 3 friends. It's a great time. You kayak out of the lagoon through mangrove forest; then snorkel a bit, walk around little islands; takes about 4 hours; eat a lot before you WILL be hungry. There is a guide in a group. Ours' was Josh- cool dude! So the deal is where, as you go, the... More
