This is a fabulous beach to swim and sit in the sun. You can actually see your feet when in the water. Several snorkeled and saw fish. Overall we had an excellent experience on this beach.

Great beach! Water nice and calm and the hotel staff keep a close watch of the beach. Very peaceful. Only downside is that there lots of sand fleas there. Bring some kind of spray with you.
During my last visit to St Thomas, I went to the Morningstar Beach every day. There were chairs and umbrella for rental. For guests, the lounge chairs and umbrellas are free. For non-guests the lounge chairs are $10 for day and for two chairs and umbrella the charge would be $25. You can eat at the restaurant on the beach....

Although this gorgeous beach with light surf action and foot friendly sand abuts the Marriott resort, it's accessible to the public. It's peaceful, without crowds, loud contraptions, vendors, etc. Coco Joe's restaurant available for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
After hitting the other beaches on the island of St. Thomas and St. John, this was one of the best. For guests of the hotel, the use of the chairs and umbrella's are complimentary but for visiting cruise ship passengers there is a charge. Be sure to arrive early to secure a space and don't be afraid to walk the...

We go to Morningstar Beach every time we visit St Thomas. We stay at the Marriott Frenchmans Cove. The beach there is small, so we take the free shuttle to Morningstar. There is an AMAZING restaurant for dinner service, Havana Blue, Fantastic Cuban cuisine (make sure you get a reservation). Also, there is a fun bar, Sand Bar, on the...

This is a beautiful long clean beach with restaurant and bathroom facilities as well as rental facilities for water activities. My wife and I had drinks and lunch right on the beach. Water is crystal clear aquamarine.
While exploring we found this beach just past the Marriott and what a good find! Beautiful turquoise blue waters, silky smooth sand and minimal visitors were the hallmarks of this location. Entry is free with rentable lounge chairs ($10 each) and umbrellas dotting the length of the beach. Drinks at the Sand Bar are a bit pricey but that's expected....

Clean, beautiful beach on the windward side, which leads to powerful waves. While popular, we didn't find it overwhelmingly crowded. Walkable size, tucked in between two points, with a restaurant at each end. Grab a towel early, because they seem to run out for long periods. Unbelievable azure waters without excessive motoring of jet skiis and such.
