We took the tram ride up to Paradise Point last Friday, looking for something different to do in St. Thomas on a cruise ship stop. It cost $42 for the two of us, which I felt was quite pricey. When we got to the top, the view was fantastic. Because it was Good Friday, they could only serve beer, wine... More

We found this expensive for the three minute tram ride. It was $21 per person and was very short. The view at the top was pretty, but nothing spectacular. I would spend $7 tops on this and would never feel the need to repeat.

So, its not a thrill ride and the shops up top are kind of lame, but the views are spectacular! I loved it. It reminded me of the cheesy ski lift rides that my family used to take over Gatlinburg when I was a kid. It was quaint and the staff were unbelievably nice even though we were the only... More

I missed to going up to Paradise Point on my last two trips to St. Thomas, so was excited to get to go on this trip. We went up a little late in the day so we could see the sunset while having a drink from the bar up there. THE VIEW: The view from the top is one of... More

I wrote a review here a few years ago about the sad decline of this place. We were back in St.Thomas in March on a cruise. After lunch downtown we decided to try the Paradise Point tram again. What a difference a few years makes. The entire place has been updated and expanded. More eating areas with more covered space.... More

We just returned from the Caribbean on the Allure of the Seas, and on St. Thomas we chose to visit the Paradise Point Tramway. Only a $5pp cab ride from the pier (there are two piers, Allure docks at the further pier due to size) the Paradise Point Tramway was well worth the fare! The cost to ride is $21... More

Absolutely loved the views, and I'm glad we did it. However at $21 per person roundtrip I felt it was a little expensive. There is a road that goes up the hill, so I assume you could also have a taxi take you up to the top. At the top we ate at the Paradise Point restaurant. Food was decent... More

This attraction is across the street from the cruise ship dock. The biggest problem is crossing the street. There is construction and quite a bit of traffic. A little expensive but the views are killer, you can spend as much time as you want there, there is entertainment, clean rest rooms and a restaurant.Staff is very hospitable. It was money... More

We were here on a cruise stop. We walked to the tram from the cruise ship. The cost was $21.50 for adults, and $10.50 for kids. The ride took about 5 minutes up the hill. When you get to the top, there is a fantastic view of the harbour and cruise ships! Just beautiful! There is a nice restaurant at... More

Great view of the St Thomas harbour and a unique experience. The staff were really friendly and there was a restaurant at the top that offered free WiFi and the St Thomas drink speciality "The Bushwacker" The gondolas were a bit hot due to the lack of air conditioning but other than that it was a great experience.
