$20 round trip but $10 if you are staying in a hotel on the island (show your room key.) Fun ride both ways on the tram up and down the hillside with wonderful views. Nature park with trails at top with many animals. A ferris wheel and the typical painted scenery boards with cut outs for your face for photo... More

We were there several years ago and the kitchen was upstairs and nasty, the bird lady was rude and exploited those poor birds. The price was $21 dollars for just a tram ride and bad service. Now, they added a classic ferris wheel that overlooks the harbour, a skyjump and cleaned up the place. The bushwhacker is better than ever.... More

Nov 2011 my family and my boyfriends family all took a Carnival cruise and one of our ports of call was ST. THOMAS. We ALL did an all day excursion which lasted almost the full length of our visit on the island. My boyfriend and I returned to the ship earlier than we were expecting and realized we had about... Great views from the top. If you want to save the money, take a taxi or drive to the top. Beware of the transplants calling themselves locals if you drive. The drivers are often careless, and the road is very steep, narrow, and has several 180 degree turns. (Mountain road). Mango Margarita's from the bar at the top were particularly... More

Good day, We're so glad you enjoyed your time here at Paradise Point! Next time, relax in the tram and avoid the steep roads. It's much more pleasant when you ascend through beautiful scenes rather than concentrating on driving. With the purchase of a tram ticket ($21 for adults, $10.50 for children 6-12), you now get one FREE Ferris wheel... More

Great View- Worth the Price. It’s a short walk from the pier. It was a fun ride up and down. At $19 for adults and $9 for children it was a lot less than most things on the island. We included it as part of our shopping trip. Food and drinks are the same as everywhere else. More

The tram has rust on it and does not appear to be under regular maintenance. The nature trail/zoo has rotten floor planks with holes in them - DANGEROUS! The handrails are splintered - LIKE SPLINTERS? Some of the animals did not have water and children can put their fingers into the cages. By the way, there was not attendant to... More

Good day, We do apologize that your trip to Paradise Point was unpleasant. We are indeed going through an exchange of ownership and have a few wrinkles to smooth out. As part of that, we are giving the property and equipment a face-life. Unfortunately, wood does not hold up well against the Caribbean weather, so we have replaced the railings... More

It was a neat ride up and what a great view from up there BUT it is not worth the price to take the tram! There are many other places in St Thomas you could go for a beautiful view. The nice thing about the tram is its location from the cruise ship terminal. It will take you about 5... More

When my wife and I saw the cable cars up the side of a big hill, we were really excited about going on it. Doing so was a really poor decision. The first sign this was not going to be a good trip started with the individual you buy tickets from, and the person who "helps" you board the tram.... More

Good day, We appreciate your assistance in making Paradise Point a more enjoyable place for our visitors. We do our best to make the gondolas as comfortable as possible while remaining within government regulations. The tram ride is a short 7 minutes, and once you arrive at the top of the mountain, you'll experience our cool, Caribbean breezes. Year round,... More

I have to say that I was apprehensive about paying the $14 ($4 for taxi and $10 for tram) after reading the reviews. But, I decided to fork over the $14 to check on the animals. Let's start with ticket sales. The young lady was very nice and helpful as I needed a taxi when I departed and did not... More

Good day, We're glad you enjoyed your time here at Paradise Point! We are consistently working on ways to enhance the comfort of our animals, and we like to hear positive reviews from other animal lovers. Along with some of the things you spoke to us about, we are working on putting in a circulating water system, opening areas where... More
