Clear, clean water. Terrific snorkeling, great swimming. Bars, beach chairs, snorkel rentals, etc. Tough parking but they'll fit you in. The Beach Guys will gladly hook you up with snorkel gear, and a spot on the beach, but it aint free.

Pros: blue-green water, view, food, pool table, music, restrooms, local flare Cons: I coudn't stay longer :-( Transport is scarce so, plan to have a taxi drop off AND pick-up or your own transport Short trip, Labor Day weekend, and I was ABSOLUTELY TORN on what beach to visit. I'm such a beach buff! After doing research and getting a... More

Went here on Labor day and had a blast! The beach was great, snorkeling incredible as you go around the rocks towards coral world. The ocean is alive with an abundance of fish and a couple of Moray eels. Awesome! We brought a football with us and at one point we had ten locals and us tossing around the ball.... More

Went there and the beach wassmaller than we expected. Worth the trip and it has a very "local" feel. We left our valuables locked in the car. Very good snorkeling.

This beach is very nice with a lot of great fish to see when snorkeling. The only thing is the entrance. It appears to be in the ghetto with a lot of abandoned cars out in front. You also have to pass a cemetery right before walking into the beach. The staff is friendly, you can rent beach chairs or... More

Coki is great compared to US beaches, but just ok compared to other beaches in the area. Sand is not as pristine. They have free roaming chickens on the sand.........I dont want to roam with chickens

Awesome diving with Coki Beach Dive Club. Peter and Michelle were fantastic. You will get accosted by the locals renting chairs and umbrellas. Check out the cruise shop schedule before planning your trip to Coki Beach - cruise ship days mean the beach is packed and prices are high.

Some may find this beach crowded while others enjoy the hub of activity. We had an enjoyable afternoon. There is a bit of competition from locals to sell you their chair service and beverage service - but don't let that intimidate you. If you want to dive this is the beach where you can actually go from the beach itself... More

Yep. We'd never been to the Caribbean, well many times to Disneyland's Pirates Version! I thought I had read enough here on T.A. To find the good beach for an afternoon. Yet, we got off the ship and my mind went blank. Which is how we found ourselves (me, my hubby, and our 22 year old son) sitting in the... More

We were there on a day when there were no cruise ships on the. Island. That means less of a crowd and Coral World was closed. The good news is that the snorkeling was very good. Make sure to go both to the right (east) side and the west side also. Most people only go to the east side, where... More
