First off you pull off the road to what looks like an abandoned construction project, then you have to walk up to some run down condos, there on the other side is the beach, smallish beach area with chair rentals, crowded, the beach was somewhat unkept ...we spent maybe 30 min here and packed up and left and drove down... This beach is a lot quieter than Coki, less people and less crazy, in what I think seemed to be a safer area. The snorkeling is great, there is a great coral reef that stretches from half way along the beach all the way to the left hand side. There is a huge variety of sea life, turtles, sting rays,... More

Beautiful snorkeling at Sapphire Beach. You actually pull into the resort to access the beach. It was a little crowded whenwe got. There because a ship was in but we just walked down the beach a bit and we alone. It was great and I would recommend making the trip.

Stayed private condo on the beach. The resort is currently renovating and making improvements. Plenty of activities for water lovers.

Pretty beach but privately owned resort converted to condos has gone downhill. Pool house boarded up. No public restrooms. Snorkeling was just OK. Couple of shady characters lurking in the shade. One poor soul was incoherent lolling at the waters edge and (private) security just looked at him like he was a curiosity. There were families with young children there... More

Our vacation rental over looks the ocean, you can walk right out to the snorkeling beach. Our condo was clean and ready for us. There was a little hamburger stand and drinks right on the beach. The pool was fantastic.Love it!

great beach, good snorkeling and lots of room, if only the management at the beach would take a lesson from Safe Harbour, this would be a great place.

One of the nices beaches we have seen on our Carribean trip. The beach is small, not crowded, with one beach bar. The color of the water is beautiful, the water is calm, good for swimming. There are rocks at on side of the beach, I guess they are good for snorkelling but we didn't snorkel because we had no... More

Very nice beach but rock at parts. Get there early in the morning around 8am to see the sea turtles and swim with them. Great view of other islands near by. They have a dive shop on the beach, as well as a small cooking area for burgers and dogs.
